And, within reason, you can customise these trays with communication with the business. For example, my husband and I do not consume anything that contains alcohol including wine flavoured cheeses and such, and I communicated that to graze, they took care of it without a problem. One of the additional benefits of going with trays or catering from graze is being able to try locally sourced products and ingredients.
