I easily made my appointment online and called a day before just to go over my benefits with my insurance. The lady was able to assist me and with my questions as well as what is covered. After getting a regular eye exam, contacts exam and the "peace of mind" exam my total was $70. I decided to get the peace of mind exam since I've worn contacts for years and never checked the back of my eyes or for any abnormalities. The doctor was patient and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. While waiting for my prescriptions I was able to browse the many frames they offered. From high end to cheaper brands, there was something for everyone. An employee approached me stating that she would be taking care of me if I had any questions. I didn't feel rushed or pressured in any way. The last place I went for my eye exams gave me a hard time when I asked for the prescription but this place was very understanding. I decided to take my prescriptions home and take time on my purchase of glasses and contacts. I did see they had a great deal on purchasing two frames just $69.95! 100% recommend!

I came here without an appointment, which isn't recommended, but a lovely lady at the front desk luckily has a cancellation and allowed me to take that time slot. During my appointment, they walk me through the exams, what they recommend, etc. All employees were very polite and helpful, especially Luisa; she was incredibly helpful, patient, and kind. She was patient and guided me through the long process of me struggling with my contacts. I'm grateful for Luisa's help; she definitely deserves a pay increase.

Such great manners and she makes you feel at home. They also have a parking lot which is incredibly helpful since the parking situation in Newark is dreadful. It's easy to maneuver in and out of too. There's always tons of staff so you'll always be taken care of. After their remodel the place looks completely brand new. It's a very modern and chic vibe now. There's tons of frames to choose from, they are a bit pricey but they're name brand as well. I usually opt to get glasses elsewhere but if you're in search of a fantastic eye doctor I highly recommend this spot.
