This is the best biscuit I've ever had in my life…read more I'm used to the dry bricks they give you at KFC and Popeye's and my standard for measurement is Red Lobster's cheesy biscuits and the Pillsbury bake at home ones so I can't say I'm an expert, but I can say that I did enjoy my visit! Denver Biscuit Company shares the same place as a pizza joint and falls in the Atomic Cowboy building? All I know is that they're open until 2 PM so get your biscuits when you can. After entering, I was welcomed immediately and service is super friendly and attentive. I was checked on multiple times and always with a smile. There's deals for different days of the weekday and they have events there too I think. Decor is very eclectic. Think of a mixture of a retro 50's diner and bar with the wild west and a dash of sci-fi too. Very red and fun, even my booth table had a mini disco ball. And on top of that, during the holiday season, there's Xmas decorations as well. Great place to catch up and hang out I'm sure since they have a billiards table there too. For brunch, I got the Three Run Double which includes a buttermilk biscuit, 2 eggs (I got mine over easy), house made jam (it's strawberry), honey butter, and a choice of meat. I got their Polidori sausage. Solid eggs and sausage patty. Not bad, but nothing to write home about. The biscuit though, absolutely divine. Nice and fluffy and moist with several layers within. Slight crumbly crust and it didn't immediately desiccate or disintegrate which is great. Went deliciously with the strawberry jam and the honey butter (slightly salty with sweetness). I was actually meting out the biscuit so I don't run out of it while consuming my proteins. It was so good! If I'm in the area, I would love to come back to try more of their menu and of course biscuits and gravy!

Burnt biscuit, bad sausage, cold, you name it, I've had it. $19.99 for a biscuit sandwich? You should be ashamed to produce anything other than the best sandwich ever tasted. Don't bother responding or sending coupons to your garbage restaurant.

The guys in the truck were incredibly friendly. Love that one of the guys was from Lafayette, Louisiana! The breakfast croissant was heavenly. The crispy prosciutto on it was chefs kiss. PS, don't sleep on Gold Point either when in RiNo. It's a cool kids club spot with a large patio and great drinks! Anyway, back to Sauvage. I tried a few things and they're worth raving about. The Bayou Fries are BANGING. These seasoned fries doused in herbs, crispy shallots, cheese and a creole sauce are addictive. And for $9, an insane portion of them. Definitely get these and split them with someone you don't hate. A few hours later I ended up ordering the burger and it hit the dang spot. The most notable thing about it is that they use grass-fed beef. ON a food truck? Hell yes they do! Best part of all this was the [assumed owner/chef] and the entire crew working. It was a busy Friday night on Larimer with prime weather and their ticket times were extremely efficient. I love watching businesses in their element and they seem to be seasoned vets. We came here for brunch on a Sunday morning, before heading to Coors Field to see an afternoon Rockies game. The market mainly consists of an indoor food court, with indoor and outdoor seating options. The crowd is mostly local. The vibe is casual. For our first visit, we were impressed with the food we got from Izzio Bakery, and the coffee we got from Crema Bodega. I have reviewed these separately.

There are a bunch of different places to check out inside, so everyone can grab exactly what they want and still sit together. Today, I specifically visited Call Your Mother, a Jewish deli, and Izzio Bakery. Atmosphere: Since I went right around the time they opened, the atmosphere was exactly what I needed. It was super laid-back and chill, making it the perfect place to get out of the house for a calm morning. As it gets later into the day and through the weekends, I know it gets very busy, but there is plenty of random seating throughout the hall and even some outdoor spots if you prefer. Parking: Parking is going to be street parking. Make sure you read the signs, but it is usually free. Even when the market is busy, I usually don't have to walk more than a block to get inside. So it is a very convenient location for the RiNo area. Service: The customer service throughout the market is great. At Call Your Mother, the cashier was very sweet, and they even text you when your food is ready. Over at Izzio Bakery, everyone is super kind and helpful while you're looking at their amazing pastry display. Even with a line, you're usually only waiting about 10 to 12 minutes for your items. Food: The food variety here is incredible. I tried the Sun City breakfast bagel sandwich from Call Your Mother and the hot honey was the perfect balance of sweet and spice on a toasted bagel. For a sweet treat, I went to Izzio Bakery for the Dulce de Leche Queen. The pastry case there looks like something out of a movie. The pastry itself was perfectly crisp on the outside with a delicious yellow vanilla cream and cinnamon on the inside. Overall Experience: Overall, I really enjoy coming here and trying new places. It is a fantastic destination for groups or just a solo morning out. Whether you want a savory breakfast bagel sandwich or a beautiful pastry, The Denver Central Market always hits the spot. I'll definitely be back to explore more.

Don't sleep on their dim sum offerings, and we also love their soup dumplings (truly some of the best I've had in Denver/Aurora), their pan fried steamed bun and their chili oil dumplings. Whenever we go, it's always a dilemma of not over-ordering, but that's a very small problem to have. Def worth checking out! Their takeout is also very well-packaged and comes in an insulated bag.

The food wasn't bad, but there are more flavorful dumplings elsewhere in the city. The pepper beef was okay, but came with the smallest serving of rice I've ever gotten from a takeaway. It wasn't for us though. It mainly tasted of coconut and cream. A bit bland. We also weren't fans of the coconut buns. Maybe they're better hot?
