All very cute of course and it helps that it's not going to end my wallet. When I came out of the changing room to ask my sister about the fit, an employee saw me across the way and came over and complimented my jacket. (They weren't buttering me up I'm a regular, so they know I'd buy it wether I'd been complimented or not) The boss Magen, may seem a little rough edged at first, but after a long Conversation I'd found she's the most hard working, truth telling woman. The store is sometimes faced with straight up disrespect! I'd witness first hand when customers get snippy for no other reason then they feel like it, and Mrs. Magen does not take that lightly, and knows the respect her employees deserve. I found my new favorite shop. You name it and this place has it. The customer service is beyond amazing and the employees are the sweetest and it's genuine. Any and all questions in which I asked they were beyond quick and so polite when responding. Oh and the fact they actually come up to you and not like hovering just to at least acknowledge you. I loved it. Also the variety of luxury and high end items is insane. They have an enormous selection of any and all items. They are is pristine or nearly pristine condition. And beyond reasonably priced.... They are a steal. Especially when I have a 15% discount since it's my birthday month. All the workers continue to amaze me with how diva they are. I met a bunch of new ones, all slaymazing. Jayden is like the most diva, and she's so diva in fact that being around her made me feel diva by association. I love Kenna and Caress and Be is so GALTASTIC and I #love Julie and she's gorg. This is my new favorite store!!! So much that I drive from Glendale all the way out to Lancaster to sell and shop for clothes! The styles and selection are amazing and the prices are seriously unbelievable!!! My parents had been raving about this store and now I see why! I can spend hours shopping and every time I go I find exactly the styles I'm looking for! The staff is also extremely friendly and helpful! The staff was kind. Consider it helpful. We were able to consign some of our clothes for store credit to get new items. I always have a wonderful experience when I visit this store. I haven't been here for awhile due to health issues but I was greeted like always. Everyone was so sweet and happy to see me. The people here ​are very patient and kind, they carry the largest selection of luxury items at budget prices everything from bags to shoes to clothes to purses and hats and so much more I didn't mention... These items can range from $2 to a couple hundred but each item is priced ​lIke a quarter of a dollar compared to it's original retail price and sometimes cheaper!! I love uptown. I never leave empty handed. it's very organized and there are always great deals going on, on top of their already very reasonable prices. I'm a regular thrifter and one of my favorite things about uptown is how clean it is. The clothes are never really dirty or stained or torn and bonus points it doesn't smell like thrift store. I love coming here and my daughter loves it even more she gets to be creative and becomes a fashionista she prefers to go to cheapskate over going to the mall because she always finds her style here.
