Service sucks the cashier Marcella ( I think that's how you spell her name) that worked today 11-3-2025. Was very rude to a customer which wasn't necessary the customer just said she will stand back in line because she called next customer but the young lady wasn't ready and she didn't want to be in her way which she was paying with a credit card which I totally understand it's a privacy issue. And the employee went off on the customer and told her then I'll call someone else next in line which was very rude. This was unnecessary then the short security comes over and ask what's going on then just walk away. The disrespect from the cashier's are ridiculous. They need to respect their customers. It's a privacy issue they should not call next person until they other customer is completely done grabbing their bag and leaving. read more

Upon entering, you can really tell that it's a downgrade from the shops that you're used to. So far the aisles are free of clutter, fully stocked and organized. I saw a lot of shoppers too. And they are inexpensive compared to the chains that I have been to. I found a kids jogger for the price of one. How cool is that? I ventured out to the children's shoe's department and I found a good pair of sneakers on clearance. Awesome!!! It was a good shopping experience. I knew from the beginning that this store has discount clothing, however I was not ready for the nasty fitting room. It's not clothes left behind or hangers on door or trash. It's the dressing room floor and the corners that have built up dirt in the corners. It grossed me out so bad I could not finish trying on the clothes. DD's clean your dressing rooms. Came in to look at suitcases. Apparently they have a 3 piece that is sold as a single unit but they lock it so you don't know that you're only buying one. There's a clear sticker that says 3 PIECE. FALSE ADVERTISING!!!! When brought up to manager (SAM)she just said that they purposely do that and sell them individually to make more money. That's stealing from people. This is unethical. Bad business. I was going to get some more items and decided to leave it all behind instead. read more

Not ashamed to say that I love going here! I can always find a really nice, last minute outfit for only $30! The 4 stars is because people that go in there are often times rude and I feel so bad for the staff sometimes! The ONLY reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the prices are great. What is not? Let's talk training your staff and maybe getting a new store manager. When I can clearly hear staff having discussions that I (as a customer) should not hear, it's a concern. When I see and hear the manager treat her staff like she hates them, it's makes being close to that uncomfortable. I was reading prior reviews and saw someone else wrote about this store manager, her bad behavior and hoped her supervisors would take action. I'm guessing either they don't read YELP, don't care, or they are okay with the "bully" attitude this manager has. Will I go back? Sure, the prices are good. Maybe next time I'll just record them and let the public decide if this behavior is acceptable. read more

Managers here are unprofessional and have favoritism over people. They stand around and talk about bad customers openly like they don't care who's listening. They laugh at them when they leave and don't even acknowledge their few good working cashiers. Fire these managers or replace for God's sake. read more

Usually I love DD's but this time they were not prepared to reopen after this coronavirus they had nothing but old clothes for older people No Good t-shirts tank tops nothing they were all of old lady clothes their purses weren't stocked at all they had a total of maybe fifteen purses throughout the whole store if you know you're going to open on a certain day you get your store together I'm very disappointed in DD's DD's do better read more

They have extremely poor customer service. I waited in line for 20 minutes just to do an exchange to then find out that they will not give me a discount on an extremely damaged pair of men's shoes that no one will buy. She said it's customers messing up the shoes is not their problem and they will not give a discount. If that's the case they need to go around cleaning up all the shoes so that way people are getting what they paid for. Secondly if there is a line for exchange in a line for regular purchases then the cashiers me to signal when it's time to do the exchange or the purchase in which they did and I sat there patiently waiting for somebody to call me until another customer brought it to their attention that I was waiting. Not only was I there with my one-year-old who is screaming because he wants to go home but we can't leave because they are taking forever to then find out I can't even exchange the shoe. This review has nothing to do with Covid because customer service is something that you do at the kindness of your heart. Their attitudes were not welcome! Lastly they have absolutely nothing in that damn store! No shoes hardly any clothes there's nothing in there I don't even know why they're still open! One of my favorite places to shop for cheap things for the house. A lot of clothes are not durable and don't last longer than a few months before showing signs of damage but the other things you can get there such as shoes and household appliances seem to be okay. I go here to get my shopping cravings out of the way. Great return policy. read more

I really love DD's Discount Store but man the employees are not professional at all. If I was corporate I would fire each and every single one of them. I was waiting in line and instead of them helping me they were having a conversation about one of them calling someone a donkey or some kind of animal. I'm talking about the manager and her employees. As a former Old Navy supervisor I would never allowed my employees talk like that or act like a bunch of unprofessional cashiers/ sales associates. They will not give you the receipt you have to get it from the register and they don't even say thank you for shopping at DD's. I hope corporate sees these reviews and clean up that store before it goes to shits. read more

I enjoy coming here in order to find discounted clothing that I can wear to work and on the weekends. The cashiers are really good at greeting you when you first walk in. The store is similar to TJ Maxx and Ross but at a lower cost. They normally have a pretty good selection of items that can vary from day to day based on their delivery. The shoe department for the men's and kid's department can be a hit or miss..especially when you are looking for something in particular. Depending upon what time of the day you go, their may only be one or two cashiers working so you will have to be patient checking out. Just a tip...be sure to take your receipt because it doesn't get handed to you. I will continue to shop here for great discounted deals!! read more

I like this place. The cashiers always greet you when you walk in. It's like a Ross but prices are cheaper. I always find shoes that are stylish and affordable. There are usually a nice selection of clearance items to go thru. The only bad thing is that sometimes there's one cashier and the line builds up. The cashier doesn't hand you the receipt. Okay first off this store literally has some of the best deals that anyone can ask for!@! They have great brands and great prices!!! Also the staff is also very awesome. I absolutley love the prices and things you can find in this store. it is Ross's sister store but more like its sister from another mister because some of the people/families that go in here are GHETTO. The lines are always horribly long. I do not mean to bag on this place cause i shop here on a regular and just deal with the non-sence that comes with shopping at a place with very-low prices. I have found shirts from forever 21 and FOX, babyphat, any name brand can be found here. They also carry name brand shoes like Nike, jordan and addidas. If your looking for gooood prices this is the place to go but avoid it on pay day (welfare, EBT,cash aide) cause it will be packed. read more
