We took a brief stint away during "Covid Times" but started back at the beginning of kindergarten. It has been an extremely positive experience. We found the few issues we've raised over the years have been taken seriously and handled professionally. Ms. Janice, Ms. Kat, and Ms. Diana have been fantastic - even when I'd forgotten to let them know my daughter wouldn't be on the after-school bus. They are extraordinarily kind, quick-witted and a pleasure to interact with on a daily basis. Our daughter's teachers, from Ms Joanna when she was an infant - to Ms Zee, once she hit elementry school -have taken care of our kid like she was one of their own. Every teacher and administrator that our daughter has come in contact with has kept a gentle sense of humor when confronted with our daughter's awe-inspiring imagination. We've been very fortunate to find a place that lets our kid be herself. If you are in the market for childcare - this is an excellent place to stash your kid for the day or after-school. Five - very enthusiastic - stars.

So you won't get any of your concerns properly heard or addressed. I never had such bad experience or felt abused/ignored with any Daycare/School in the past as I felt with TLE Georgetown. I had to send my daughter there because of the proximity from where I live. But I would say driving a lit longer and have your kids in a safe school with management/owner who sincerely value their customers is well invested and worth it. That being said, still I am giving that place one star while it deserves none, only because of Catarina, the admission coordinator. She is the sweetest person ever.

f you are considering sending your children to Primrose School of Round Rock North - stop reading…read morethis now and run over there.....GO!!!! This place is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! When our family first came here we were hesitant because of a previous daycare experience - little did we know this is not your typical daycare, this is school!! I'm not big on reviews but I love this place so let me paint you a picture. This is by far not my first rodeo with childcare, with 6 kids ranging from 2-17. I can say unequivocally this is the BEST childcare facility ANY of my children have attended! All childcare facilities have a little bit of turnover but for the most part my childen remained with the same teachers in their respective classrooms until they moved onto the next. Need more painting? Well, their infant room is outstanding! When we started one of our boys in their infant room we were so impressed with the care and attention he received. Everything was clean, they allowed him playtime but also with a hint of learning and development even at that young age. When he moved up to the next classroom, boy was that fun. Again, they cared about him (and babied him quite a bit but its okay lol). Onto my other son, when he started at age 2, they taught him potty training and just told us what to do (yes, parents of 6 kids sometimes even need pointers too...thanks Mrs. Kayla!). She LOVEDDD our son soooo much, that when he matriculated to the next class she even would go visit him just to say hi. His next teachers, Mrs. Anderson and Mrs. Candace were spectacular! I watched him turn into a little Einstein, sometimes looking at him like "wait you knew that?". I don't want to leave any teachers out because they are all amazing. His 4 year old class before leaving, oh man, they are the real MVPs. Our kids are not always the little angels we think they are, but they still loved on him and redirected him with care! Times where our kids were sick, they checked on them. Oh, they also have COOKIE FRIDAY where they sugar up our babies and send them home to us as we pull our hair out lol, but seriously its such a nice gesture and something the kids looked forward to! Remember our kids are at daycare more hours in a day than they are at home with us - if you want peace of mind, get here ASAP! We only left due to moving - I would've left my kids here til middle school if it was an option (yes, we love them that much). Mrs. Kim, Mrs. Jackie, Mrs. Kayla, and Mrs. Alyssia - the admin staff are absolute gems! If you made it this far in my lengthy review, you probably lost a spot for your kiddo by now. I told you to run :)

She had amazing teachers who were loving, dedicated, and communicative with us so we could be on the same page and practice similar learning topics at home. While the building and supplies provided are great it is truly the staff that makes it special. Mrs. Leti and Ms. Brianna have been absolutely amazing along with the rest of the staff that work with them. As a first time mom they have truly helped me get my child on a schedule, supported her though health challenges and just overall are incrediable humans. They model how I want my child to act and I feel they truly love my child like their own. We would not be as far as we are in milestones without them. They are patient and kind and I feel like they are my village for my child, I could not be happier!

We were so eager to have our child attend Sunrise after hearing the amazing reviews from neighbors…read moreand others. Unfortunately our experience in the infant room was less than satisfactory. It was beyond unsatisfactory, it was unsafe. I am a first time mother and there are now flags that I will never miss again. For one, this claims to be a Montessori based program in philosophy, but there are bouncers in the room. Infant room usage of containers was excessive. I received photos of my child in a bouncer regularly and was a bit confused by this as we don't ever use them at home. What I later found was that my child was having difficulty sleeping on site and the team were allowing him to sleep in the bouncer because he refused otherwise. Odd given that he has never slept in one at home. The overuse of Boppy pillows with incorrect and unsafe body positioning was alarming; I received a photo while my child was sliding down it and crying. My child came home with one of the worst rashes he has ever had, red inflamed blotchy skin from front to back. Come to find out chatting with other parents this was a concern shared with their team. The teachers will allay your concerns and say no worries and they'll change the baby every hour, but there seems to be communication breakdowns between morning and afternoon staff. Our final straw was safe sleep and bottle propping. I shared concerns with the director of me directly observing my son being placed to sleep on his stomach and that a child had milk spilling down her face while bottle was propped as she was in a boppy pillow. Not much changed. Around the same time licensing came in and per their report (which is public!) the inspector observed 5 different infants put to sleep on their bellies. My impression became after this inspection my sons teacher blamed me for this inspection as she told another parent it was due to parent complaint, taking zero responsibility for the fact the entire infant team nearly was engaging in UNSAFE and DANGEROUS sleep practices. I understand mistakes. I do not understand team culture disregarding what major organizations and trainings provided state. Infants can die from that. It is beyond ridiculous to even behave in a passive aggressive fashion towards a parent for this concern but also to try to lie when the information is public. The pressure to grow and add more children is showing on these educators and caregivers. Slow down, sunrise. The care has gone from what years ago folks were thrilled about to turning into worse than a major daycare corp.

There was no empathy, urgency or accountability from the school principal Amy. We had previous problems with her getting diaper rashes because she was being kept in poopy diapers for a long time, this was becoming more manageable since she is currently potty training but if you have a young child that will likely be an issue, I changed her diaper myself at the school multiple times at pick up because of the state I found her in. Sometimes you chose a place because of location? vibe? reviews? etc. I remember doing a tour online…read mored/t covid and was conversing with the same person on fb chat who ever admitted she worked for the daycare she recommended on fb. hmmm sus. Mini tour and kids screaming left and right. Kids do that right? well at this place they did for sure. It wasnt until I toured others that I realized there are daycares out there that kids seem really happy. The 1st day seemed promising since she didnt cry. Then she came home with a gash on her arm. Conveniently this was the one day that we had no access to our camera live feed. Of course we reported it and we were told there was nothing they saw on footage review. Hmm...right. After this, things seemed to go ok but then they removed our access to live feed whenever we wanted and were now restricted to 10 min 10x a day. No notice of the change, no explanation. nada. We werent here long, only a few months. Mostly chose because of location and hours of operation. Then it happened again, came home with another square cut on her arm. No word if this was an adult or another kid but we knew nothing would come from bringing it up since nothing happened the previous incident either. We ended up leaving and really liked the new daycare we chose.

Where do I even begin? My son started attending Creative…read moreWorld Georgetown in March, and from the very beginning, there were red flags. Initially, we were hopeful and gave the school the benefit of the doubt, believing things would improve. Unfortunately, they only got worse. Within days, my son began coming home with multiple bite marks -- not small ones, either. These were severe enough that you could count the teeth. To this day, he has a scar on his arm from a bite he received while under their care. We were constantly met with excuses like "this is normal for the age" or "we can't provide one-on-one care." The school lacked to provide multiple incident reports for these injuries unless I found them myself and asked. Only some of them were created. After pushing for weeks, they finally moved my son to the next classroom up as he approached two years old -- something they had promised to do earlier in the month but again Erica provided me with multiple excuses as to why that wasn't happening. In this classroom, I began to notice a troubling pattern. My son, who was in the middle of potty training and doing well at home, suddenly regressed. He developed a severe diaper rash that we had to treat with prescription medication. I would clear it up over the weekend, only for it to return by Monday evening. It became clear he was not being changed regularly, and teachers admitted to this indirectly when I addressed it. I raised these concerns with the assistant director (Andrea), the director (Erica), the regional director (Lisa), and eventually the owner. I even provided emails with imaging. I was told to just "bite the bullet" and put him in underwear. Against my better judgment -- and despite knowing he wasn't quite ready -- I complied. Only then did they begin taking him to the bathroom more regularly, but the care and consistency still fluctuated. When he turned two and entered the "terrible twos" stage, my son began acting out occasionally -- as any child his age might. Instead of responding with developmental understanding, his teacher began accusing him of "bullying" her. I was told he pinched her for attention and hit her. I acknowledged these behaviors and shared the steps I was taking at home to correct them. However, these incidents were rarely documented in any formal report -- only mentioned in passing. Meanwhile, I witnessed other children hit or push my son without any consequences or follow-up from staff. During a meeting about his behavior, I was told by the staff -- including the director, Miss Erica -- that "it's okay for children to hit each other, but not a teacher." When I expressed concern about the lack of enrichment in the classroom -- where children were expected to play with puzzles missing pieces and books without pages -- it was brushed off. The environment was clearly not designed to engage or stimulate two-year-olds. The final straw came when I walked into the classroom unannounced and found my child physically restrained. He was seated in a chair, pinned between the table and a teacher's legs. The other children were playing while my son sat there, alone and without toys or books. This was deeply disturbing and unacceptable. As a former daycare teacher with experience in two-year-old classrooms, I know this job is hard and underpaid. But that does not excuse neglect, lack of training, or emotional harm to children. Every child deserves to be treated with dignity, compassion, and care -- especially at such a vulnerable age. I've now removed my son from Creative World Georgetown (and are still paying for 2 weeks notice here as well as another daycares fees) and am paying an exorbitant amount for a new daycare, just to undo the harm that was caused. My son has been left with bruises, scars, and emotional trauma.
