I had the WORST experience here with Peter. Do not let him do your Nexgen nails. Maybe he is better at something else, but not at nails. He was constantly getting irritated with me about wanting my nails shorter. He couldn't do square round and when I tried to explain, he handed me the nail file and told me to do it myself. On top of all that, he sliced open my thumb (and kept filing over it) as well as cut several other of my fingers. I fired him and had someone else finish up. I will say, that even though the damage had already been done, TINA, was amazing. She apologized and gave me a discount and fixed the mess that Peter had made. So if you go, ask for Tina. If you get Peter, RUN. I probably will not go back just because I like to just walk in and not have to schedule when I can go do my nails. I am not about to risk getting Peter again and would like to avoid having to decline if it were to happen. I'll go back if he ever quits because they have the best Nexgen colors I've seen. read more

Couldn't understand nail tech's instructions on what to do next, she was clumsy and kept saying "I'm so sorry" over & over, they never offered me a drink but other techs offered their customers drinks, and it was super short compared to other places. No mention of how to control the massage chair either - I had to look around for the remote on my own. Horrible customer service. Never again. read more

Awful service. The nail technician made my mother self conscious about her feet during her pedicure session and they forgot about her manicure. As a result, she was left sitting in the pedicure chair for an hour. When the nail technician realized his mistake, no apology was offered. We will not be coming here again. read more

After recently moving to the area, I've been to 3 other nail salons & finally I found one that I like!!! I like to be able to go with my daughter (10) and enjoy our mother/daughter time. We arrived 30 minutes before closing and they still did a fantastic job for us both and didn't make me feel rushed. By far Ivy has done the best nails out here yet! Next time I will know to make my appointment so I don't have to keep them so late, but we will definitely be back!!! read more

I've been coming to this salon for a few years now and finally had enough!! If everything goes according to plan everyone is nice but if you aren't happy with something it's your fault and the manager is MORE than happy to explain that she is the manager and YOU are the reason you didn't get what you wanted. I went to get the White Tip Acrylic nails I've been getting for YEARS, not Solar. Well I asked for them, same as always. When I get to checkout she says it's $10 more than I usually pay so I ask why the price increased. She explains that she is the manager and it's always been the same price. I eventually find a menu and show her what I wanted...apparently I should have said "American White Tip" instead of just "White Tip" for this reason I was charged for Solar. I was and still am livid. Another instance when I went to get acrylic nails done I asked for them to be semi short. The manicurist took my acrylics TO THE NAIL BED. At the end of the manicure I mentioned that they were rather short and again..same manager jumped in to say that she 'was the manager' and the reason they were short was because that's what I asked for. That if I wanted longer nails I should have asked for them. The customer service is horrible and I think it stems from the poor management. Save your money...go somewhere you're appreciated. If you want a poor manicure that ultimately is YOUR fault then swing on by but I could do your nails and you'd probably get the same results. If you do decide to go here just keep in mind: If you make an appointment then you still have to wait...I've waited 20minutes past when I had the appointment set for. read more

This was the worst nail experience I've ever had. The customer service was so awful. The guy was rude to me and the other customers around me. One girl even complained about it while I was there. He rushed me to pick a color and kept telling me to hurry. The worst part is, my nails are awful! I got dip and I have marks and scratches all over them. Not smooth at all. They said it was extra to shape them so i asked to just keep them square. They weren't square at all. Some were fanned out and some were too filed in. Now I'm at home trying to file them myself to make them even. I kept looking at my nails while he was doing them and was comparing them since he didn't and his response was "they are even, don't look at your nails". I've been coming to this salon for over a year and mostly it is ok but the price is right. The pedi I got today was so rushed and incomplete! They had seated me in the chair soaking my feet for about 20 minutes before someone came over and started the pedi, and then the guy spent about 7 minutes total on buffing and shaping, callus removal, and sugar scrub. That is less than half the time it usually takes. When I asked why he rushed through it he got the manager, and the manager came over, told me that was the usual time for a pedi (it never has been before), put my shoes back on my feet, and told me if I didn't like it I could leave. This place is pretty hit or miss with service, and wait times can be long. I have had decent, nothing out of the ordinary experiences here before. My third visit yesterday ruined it for me. The man who did my nails was using a nail file to remove a layer of gel on my nails before soaking off, and cut open/burned my skin with the nail file. Ouch!! Okay, I moved on, things happen. I asked him to only file my long nails, but he told me they were too thin so I asked him to cut JUST A LITTLE TINY BIT off. He cut them ALL off. And my oval/ almond shape? Rushed. Crooked and slanted. Gel polish already chipped after one day. For the place not even being busy, the did a botched, rushed job. Will go to Cosmo nails from now on. Never again!!! read more

I went here to change up my usual nail salon and i was impressed. I didn't like how the girl stopped in the middle of my nails to do my pedicure and then made me walk to the manicure side after I was done with my pedicure to finish my nails. Overall, it wasn't bad and I wouldn't mind going back just for the manicure. The prices are reasonably priced compared to other places (as a broke college student) but otherwise the management could be handled better. The pedicure was awful- the water was barely luke warm and was very rushed. Go for the manicures, not the pedicures. read more

If I could possibly not give this salon a ZERO star rating I would! Tommy was my nail tech whom was rude and disrespectful to who I assumed was was his boss Joe . I went in for the mani/pedi which was advertised as 35.00 that'd a steal so I thought... I informed Tommy when he got to me that i wanted a regular mani pedi and I had nexgen nails on my hands. He was more focused in getting me to get the callus removal done to my feet. I politely told him I didn't want the callus removal when he proceeded to touch me heels and say "are you sure you wanna leave that?" I said I was fine without getting it done and so he proceeded to start the pedi. Soon into the pedi he asked what color I wanted, I showed him the colors I chose and again said I have the nexgen nails I need removed and then I'll just do a mani. Tommy became upset and asked if I told Joe (the man @ the front) that I had the nexgen on when I walked in. I said no I didn't tell him this but I told you when you came over to me. He the said "no no no you have to tell Joe what you're getting cause if not I don't know what service you want!" he was clearly upset he would have to remove the nexgen nails and said well it'll be 5.00 extra dollars to remove (which I was fine with paying and assumed it would cost to get them removed anyways) Tommy then said" f**k Joe" and flipped him off WHILE sitting at my feet IN FRONT of myself and another customer!!! At this point I decided I just wanted to wrap up this trip. He gave me a bowl to soak my nails in and told me be sure to move around your fingers to help get the nexgen off it'll help me out.... Then Tommy began to question where I got my set done and how much that shop charged me. I was so done with the situation that I told Tommy after the nails are removed I don't want the mani I will be done. He then asked if I was sure, I told him I was sure but he still asked me again if I wanted color. Tommy did a decent pedi but the nexgen removal was LESS than sub par! I informed Joe that Tommy was rude and obviously did not respect him at all and I would not be returning. Joe didn't seem phased and was more concerned with watching whatever it was that was playing on his phone in which he had propped up in the front counter. I WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS SALON AND WILL DEFINITELY NOT LET ANYONE I REMOTELY CARE FOR COME HERE Either. read more
