I put "any" for my wax specialist when I booked online. Dan'Elle (or Dan) was my specialist for the morning and she was absolutely amazing. She did a wonderful job on my eyebrows and tint. I felt 100% comfortable with her and she was so gentle. The center is clean and bright, organized, and the products are well stocked. I used to dread going to European Wax Center back in CT because I've always had issues there (specialists were running late...one time was over 30 min, one ripped my skin, etc etc, I never liked anyone at the center). I'm so happy I met Dan for my first visit because I'm definitely going to go to her every time. This place has it together!! Thank you!!

Siul is super knowledgeable and catered my Environ products to fit my skin perfectly. ENVIRON REVIEW: Smell: Smells like science. Doesn't smell like a lavender lotion, or sea breeze on the beach. It smells like SCIENCE. It smells like ingredients that will change your skin. Absorption: The products melt in my face. My face drinks all of the products right up. It doesn't feel like I have 4+ products just sitting on the surface of my face. Besides the revival masque that's makes me look glowy af. It was as if she was doing me a huge favor by allowing me to sit in her chair! One comment she made that springs to mind was, "while you have a lot of hair, it's *very* thin". You know, that's great you have opinions, but there's a little thing called tact and it's considered unprofessional to treat clients rudely. For the record, there is nothing "thin" about my hair which is why I was so taken aback by her catty comment. Stylists usually ask for more time because my hair is so thick and wavy. For the record, it wasn't just the one comment, it was the overall experience of making me feel uncomfortable, so much so I couldn't wait to leave. Obviously I didn't go back. Who wants to pay to be insulted? Even if she was having a bad day, I still can't imagine the owner of ANY business having such a nasty disposition toward their clients. *update* Not long ago a local hair stylist friend of mine mentioned that Impressions Salon had moved to a new location. My friend also mentioned that she knew the owner so I told her how my experience with the owner went. My friend replied, "I've known Ashley for a long time and yes she has been known to be rude to her clients. That's just how she is."

I decided to give it a try as 1) I hadn't had my nails done in a while and 2) I had a trip coming up. I'm pretty peculiar with my nails -- they are long and I want to keep them that way -- and I was giving myself a break from using gel polish. My nail services were subpar. The experience itself was fine -- not great, but just fine. Someone asked me what I wanted to drink, and I asked "What are my options?" They replied "Water or soda". Then I asked if they had coffee, and the woman said yes. So...I'm not sure why she just told me they only had water or soda. I needed two tips put on my shorter nails because they recently broke. One of my tips broke within 5 hours. The other is so noticeable. The technician did unfortunately a really bad job at filing the tip to make it blend in with my nail. What's more, it is not fully glued onto my nail. It will likely break within the week, probably sooner. I would go back for a redo, but as I said, I wanted to give my nails a break from gel polish. I do not want them taking off my gel polish (probably by scraping it) only to weaken my nail further. That, and I live far from this salon. I'm unfortunately disappointed in the service here. I called yesterday asking to speak to a manager and was told somebody would get back to me. Nobody has gotten back to me.
