Absolutely refuses to deliver on Saturdays even though there are delivery instructions specifically for this situation.

I had a terrible experience with a delivery driver a couple of weeks ago, he came to my door banging for no reason like he was about to break it down.I should of just told him to f*** off I'll pick up the package, but for my kids safety I didn't. My daughter was so upset at how he was banging she had to yell through the door to tell him to just leave it but he didn't. I put in a complaint, they told me a supervisor would call me, instead some lady did and she was trying to gas light me like it wasn't that serious, I told her I didn't want him delivering packages to my apartment any more and she said they can't do that which is crazy, she said she was gone talk to the supervisor and tell him to talk to him about his behavior and I know she not going to do anything,all I know is if I ever get a package and it's him and he pull that again, I will not be so passive and definitely will not tolerate the hate and Ignorance. read more

This has become the most idiotic service we have been getting. They have a GPS that the drivers use and as anyone who uses GPS knows that it hardly ever gets you to the correct address. Well these drivers only go by the GPS and don't even LOOK for a house #. We have had to numerously stand outside our house to wait for a package, since they want to deliver it to my neighbor. When we have our house # on our mailbox and on our house. They hire the most incompetent drivers. Then not to leave customer service out- I had to call them last night because of not getting our package. Who do I get- a person called Mary, who's voice was Korean. Had a hard time trying to understand her and getting her to understand my need to verify my address. She says but it's the same address as we have for delivery---- NO SHIT. I haven't moved- I just want my package. But what do they put on my package when I got it today- MOVED to -- and she put the same address down. For which I had to set in my car waiting for the UPS guy. Who again went to my neighbors house-(which is burnt down) and delivered MY package. I asked him if that was the correct address that that package went to and he said YES. I asked if he seen an address on that house- for which he said NO. So I asked him if the address he was looking for was next door and showed him the 2 places the address was posted. He said opps, oh well. "OPPS, OH WELL." REALLY. How about LOOKING for the actual address before just leaving it ANYWHERE....... Since customer service only allows you to talk to a machine- there is no way of telling an actual person the problem you are having. I would never use them if it weren't for how my place of order using them. SO in response to anyone wanting to use UPS--- I urge you NOT TO. THE WORST SERVICE IN THE WORLD. read more

delivery instructions stated to deliver to back patio door, and I even I put my name as "deliverto BackpatioDoor" because I recently had surgery and was unsure if I could lift the package (I have a dolly to move it where it needed to go) and I was outside moving a bit of snow (very small shovel 5-10 lb worth) and when I asked him to put it on the back porch as opposed to the side (higher porch, taller steps) he blankly stared at me. I then told him of recent surgery and inability to lift, he shrugged and walked away! This place is a Lawsuit waiting to happen and trust, had anything happen to me moving said package I would have been the 1!! i have never met such an unempathic UPS driver in my life!!! Have a package of cupcakes being sent to me as a gift the same week I am moving I have to be 200 miles away for work tomorrow and UPS refuses to send it to an alternate addy very close by So thanks Leaving a perishable item at a vacant house in the woods is so kind Saying they can't change the addy to a house nearby where someone can receive it. Came in with a drop off. Stood by a table that appeared to be for drop off. Waited to get clarification and thought maybe I needed to be in line. After about 5 minutes in line was told if a drop off just leave on table, unless I want to wait for a receipt. Only using UPS because vendor return was set up through them. Will never use in the future. Much better experiences with US Postal Service. read more

I use UPS for my carrier. It's simple to type up the address form, drop off the package and get a receipt. I've always had great service from friendly clerks. read more

Would be fine except there is no valid phone number listed. It's the corporate number which doesn't let you talk to an actual person at the facility. Such a number would be useful for things like MAKING SURE YOUR PACKAGE IS ACTUALLY THERE BEFORE YOU DRIVE ALL THE WAY THERE TO PICK IT UP. Two different occasions now, UPS has reported to me that my package is there at the facility, I've driven out there to grab it, and it's not there. It's on a truck which, despite coming back that night, doesn't allow me to get my package until the next day. Pain in the ass, misleading online tracker with no way to contact the only people who could verify. Thanks, UPS. read more

I would rate this place a 0 stars. Had a package delivered to my house in the rain but not in a plastic bag. By the time I got home it was so wet I had to run it into the kitchen sink. The contents were damaged. The next day I went to the main truck distribution center and was promised that a supervisor would call me. That was Tuesday so Friday I made another trip and was told once again that there was no supervisor there again but they would call me back. Its been 2 weeks and no response from anyone even though both times I left my name, phone number and tracking number. I really dislike LIARS. I'm sure the employees gave them the message but obviously the supervisors are too busy to make any calls to follow up on complaints or concerns. read more
