One household member has had 3 packages verified (by text msg) as having been receive, only to be missing when she went to pick them up. I have had 1 item go missing. can't for the life of me understand why they keep losing items. But, I'm tired of it and would rather take my chances with UPS/FEDEX rurally than having our stuff continue to go missing. Sorry but can't recommend them.

I am so impressed with the customer service and friendliness of this Owner, Staff and Store to a…read morecomplete stranger (me) that I had to write about my extraordinarily good experience: I called this Polson UPS Store from California where I live as I needed to have some miscellaneous belongings sent to me from a family member from that area who recently passed. I was unable to travel to Montana and when the very nice lady who answered said to me "Don't you worry - that's what we do" when I asked if they would box/send/ship to me even if I wasn't there in person to pay, I knew I was in good hands. And it was a blessing to find this store and it's owner, Sindee. Sindee is the best, kindest, most efficient person I could have hoped to deal with, and in other calls I needed to make to the store before the items got delivered there, other staff members who answered the phone were also friendly and helpful. When Sindee called to get my cc number she also told me she would send a tracking number, which she did, and the package actually got to me earlier than she thought, and in perfect condition. There was nothing sloppy about their packing job and I have sent a picture of the box itself and how it presented when I opened the top. Because of privacy I'm not attaching further pictures but I can tell you all was in order, nothing had moved around in shipment, and I couldn't have asked for a more perfect result.
