When they are open, and you go into the store in person, they tend to do a good job. But for a shipping store they close early, or close entirely at the most inconvenient times. I had a box there for 5 years and the only reason I kept using it was so I didn't have to use the post office, which tended to be more inconvenient than this store.

They did not offer to refund the shipping or send me my insurance (that I paid for) details. They told me on the phone they would make this right just to get me off the phone then ignored emails and did nothing to actually help. They were dishonest (telling me to send my receipts and they would submit the insurance claim on the phone then emailing me to tell me they can't file the claim. I've mailed and collected mail at shipping centers across the country. Postal Annex is Kalispell is BY FAR THE WORST experience I have ever had. I was treated with complete disrespect because they lost several hundred dollars of my merchandise because they sent a package to UPS for pickup - but they sent it via USPS. All other shipping centers I have ever used know that to send to UPS for pickup, you must send by UPS. They said it wasn't their fault because I didn't specify to send it UPS, only that I wanted it sent TO UPS and therefore it was my fault for not telling the professional shipping center that they needed to use UPS to send it to UPS and not have it get lost in the process. STAY AWAY THESE PEOPLE ARE RUDE AND UNCARING. Customer service doesn't exist here.

He said that would be fine and he can put it on hold. today I show up and it's gone, now being told that they don't put things on hold. If you ask for something to be held so you can buy it the next day don't expect it to be there. If I'm gonna spend 230$ on something, where theres barely a selection. I expect to be able to buy it period. Don't buy desks for staples.

It's not actually the UPS business- and if you already have an actual UPS account, thie guy working at this store won't like it because that limits how much they can charge you. It's just a guy operating under the name of a UPS and overcharging the customers.
