I emailed them originals and instructions beforehand, then picked up my large (nearly $500) order in person and added something to it on the spot. Throughout the process, they were responsive, professional, skilled, and fair. They spotted something that wouldn't look right when printed and offered to correct it before printing. For my on-the-spot need, they allowed me to work with the artist to get it just right, select the right paper stock, etc. On top of all that, their pricing was lower than other vendors in the area I had contacted, and the way they calculated the price was more than fair.
