She was folding someone else's laundry behind the counter when she said, "No, we actually don't fold laundry here," in a snarky tone. I'm thinking to myself, "Um, okay... why would you spend all this money on expensive washers and dryers but not offer a laundry-folding service when you're literally folding someone else's laundry and I'm willing to pay you to do mine?" That just doesn't add up. I had eighteen minutes left on one of the big dryers when I grabbed my clothes and decided I was done. Tumble runs through an app called Speed Queen, so I thought I would get those 18 minutes back on my account since I didn't use them. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. The whole experience was frustrating, especially because I was willing to pay for an additional service and was met with a rude attitude. I will never go to this laundromat again! The workers were rude, and the prices are way too expensive.

The bathroom is extremely clean. I have not one thing bad to say about this entire place. The staff members in the casino are fantastic ! I have not had one bad experience here ever. I think they're reasonably priced for the quality of the machines that they have so I'm not complaining on the price.

For my first experience, I'd say it has been a good one! The American is very clean and well done. No one else was there on the weekday evening we went. They have 8 washers and 8 dryers in total, with only one machine that was out of order. A load in the wash costs $2.75, and a load in the dryer costs $2.00 (as of Fall 2022). That seems pricy, but I'm not sure how that compares to other laundromats. There is a change machine, and there are also detergents and dryer sheets for sale (again pricy). There is seating inside and two benches on the front porch. WiFi is provided, but there is no public restroom. I do believe one should be offered since waiting on laundry can take quite some time. That would be my biggest complaint. It is next door to a coffee shop and tucked away in a nice, safe area. There is a security camera located inside (and I am sure outside as well).

I paid $15.50 to have a coat cleaned which would have been fine, but when I got home there was hair and fuzz all over it and I had to take a roller to it. It honestly didn't look like it had been cleaned. The hours are 12:30 to 5:30 and when I got there at 12:45 it was closed. So I left a phone message to see when they wold open. The owner/employee returned the call a bit later and said she had overslept cause her cat turned off her alarm..so the hours are not real convenient. I love supporting and seeing small businesses succeed but honestly, I don't know how this one does it. You can give it a try and see if you have better luck but I won't be back.
