Andrew has always done an amazing job on both warranty and non-warranty work on our fifth-wheel. We…read moreunderstand that he is a small shop and try to schedule out the repairs when possible, but even when we've had emergencies his response has been quick. Last year we had several issues due to a electrical problem that was all covered under warranty. Our warranty company is renowned for being difficult, but Andrew worked with them and got everything covered. When the wrong refrigerator was ordered he and his crew ended up installing it twice. We are full-time RVers so we can't just leave our camper at the dealership for months at a time and hope that they will get to it in a timely fashion. Andrew comes to us and he gets things fixed quickly.

Do not recommend at this time. Buyer beware... Have an issue with the wifi on my Generac whole…read morehome generator. spoke to a company representative at the Missoula Costco about the issue. He asked to see my phone and brought up the Mobile Link App to see the Generator, said that I had 10 yr warranty on parts labor and travel so I could scglhedule a service that would be covered under warranty. He also stated that there were two known issues with generac on wifi connections, one being faulty wifi card and the other was fixed with a firmware update. when the service tech arrived he was unable to connect to my wifi. the card would not even try. He unplugged the card waiting 5 min then plugged it back in, in other words did a hard reset. then the card attempted and after two attempts connected to the internet. when the tech connected Mobile Link and explained this and requested a warranty replacement, Generac denied to cover the card saying it connected its not bad. I was told to contact Mobile link as a customer and the representative I spoke to had an issue with having to reboot the card and said she could mail me out a new card, but she could not override the previous persons decision to not warranty the card so I would have to install it myself or pay to have it installed. the next day I recieved a bill from Rocky Mountain Power Systems for $509.00, for a service call that they said would be covered under my warranty. they didn't say might be covered, they said would be covered. that is bad business ethics and they take advantage of their customers. I wish I could leave a better review, but at the present time I cannot. I called the office and voiced my concerns and was told they would past my concern to the appropriate people, someone will be getting back to you. No one has gotten back to me and nothing has been corrected, they do still send me a bill.

He was also making sure that everything looked really good and we couldn't have been more happy with the service that we got.
