I looked online, and Autozone said they would deliver to my house the same day for $10.95. I placed the order online, and I am happy that they delivered. I get an email confirmation. Then, I get an email that it is on the way. I'm impressed. Then I got a phone call telling me they didn't have the battery. But they will have it in the store by noon Saturday and will call when it arrives. I say fine. Saturday comes, and no call comes, but an email tells me the battery is in the store, and if I come and pick it up, they will graciously refund my delivery charge. Graciously? I wrote back and told them to refund everything. They promptly issued a complete refund. They obviously don't offer local delivery, or somebody didn't show up for work that day. And, drum roll, please; I got the same battery a day later at O'Reilly Auto Partts for $100 less. You be the judge.

Shane laid out all my options suggesting ways I might be able to address the issue myself to save me money and shared with me the materials and products I might use and how to go about it, even offering to sell me some of his inventory. He also offered to do the work being completely open and honest that it may or may not completely fix the problem and what it would cost. I ultimately had his shop do the work because I could tell they had integrity and would take pride in a job well done and would do their absolute best. And they did. Did it cost more than the "fixes" the other shop offered that didn't work. Yes, but it wasn't more than what I was quoted and I am happily camping in my truck and staying dry! Thanks guys. I really appreciate you taking the time and having the pride of work to make things right.

I would like to begin by saying I would like to give them zero stars, but that is unfortunately not…read morean option on yelp. They deserve absolutely zero stars. I moved from Kalispell about six months ago and used Kalispell Toppers because they offered the uhaul pod service. To begin, I scheduled my pod drop off about a week in advance. The day before it was supposed to be dropped off I received a call saying another customer still had the trailer they needed to haul it and could it be dropped off a day later. I was more than flexible and said that was fine. I had scheduled the pick up to be on a Monday morning. I had told the owner, Jim, that I needed it to be in Southern California by the Friday following the week they picked it up (so roughly 11 days from the time they picked it up). He said that would be more than fine and it should actually be down there by the Wednesday before I needed it. They picked up my packed pod as scheduled. It wasn't until the following Tuesday that I called to check the status of my pod, thinking that it was still on schedule to arrive in CA the next day, as I had not been notified otherwise. When I made the call, I was told that the pod had never left Montana. Are you kidding me?! It was still sitting in Montana and I was literally leaving to drive down myself the next day and I had not been notified that there was even a problem. From that point on, everything was an absolute nightmare. Jim couldn't tell me why it was delayed and said that he had a lot of other business to take care of and the person that used to handle the uhaul pods had left his company so he wasn't sure about all the ins and outs of this service. I'm sorry if you don't have the capacity to handle a specific service, don't offer it! Over the course of the next several days I made a multitude of calls to Jim in order to resolve the problem. I was told at one point that he was at lunch and wouldn't be back for at least two hours! After a couple of days he literally just stopped returning my calls, despite my numerous attempts to call his personal cell and his office. He did absolutely nothing to remedy the situation and kept placing the blame on the driving company and uhaul, never apologizing and never taking any responsibility. I honestly do not understand how this man can call himself a business owner, much less still have a company. Because of the delay, I did not have my things for more than two weeks after I got to my new residence. Awesome. I'm beyond appalled and would never, ever recommend this company to anybody. And you can bet I have voiced my complaints loud and clear in the Flathead Valley and can guarantee that word of mouth goes a long way.
