Took in my iPhone 14 Pro to have one of the camera lenses replaced due to it shattering. Got it…read moreback an hour later and I could see that he had not cleaned out the glass from the shattered lens before replacing it. I mentioned it to the kid and he said something about it being glue that needed to set, which was clearly not the case. Camera was also foggy and not working as it did prior. The next morning more loose glass floated in behind the replacement lens. They did issue a refund since I didn't want them working on my phone again. So, I do appreciate the refund but for phone repairs, I would look elsewhere.

I looked online, and Autozone said they would deliver to my house the same day for $10.95. I placed the order online, and I am happy that they delivered. I get an email confirmation. Then, I get an email that it is on the way. I'm impressed. Then I got a phone call telling me they didn't have the battery. But they will have it in the store by noon Saturday and will call when it arrives. I say fine. Saturday comes, and no call comes, but an email tells me the battery is in the store, and if I come and pick it up, they will graciously refund my delivery charge. Graciously? I wrote back and told them to refund everything. They promptly issued a complete refund. They obviously don't offer local delivery, or somebody didn't show up for work that day. And, drum roll, please; I got the same battery a day later at O'Reilly Auto Partts for $100 less. You be the judge.
