And that's even on TOP of going to and from Missoula at least once a month, where my family is. I usually am not a fan of corporate stores, I feel like customer service is usually pretty cold because employees are not typically treated very well. But I have been coming to this store for months now for one specific reason (well besides my car or truck being broken in some way), and that reason is because of the store manager, Cory. He has helped not just explain to me what I need, but he has TAUGHT me how to do many fixes on my truck and car. When I was losing power in my truck as I was driving, I prayed that Cory would be working, and I was only a few miles away. I got there, he tested my connections and I had a failing alternator. I'm a single mother, my son was with me, and I was on shift at this time. Cory knew I had just spent a ton of money on a mechanic for my other car so he knew I wouldn't be able to pay another mechanic to do this, on a Sunday afternoon. So instead, Cory taught me how to do it on my own. He gave me a good deal on an awesome alternator because the one I needed wasn't in stock, he had the tools right there, and we switched out my alternator really quick. A lot of companies will look for good salesmen to employ, but how many auto stores have someone who is not only a great salesman, but a great teacher? The teachable lesson/experience is far more valuable than the product itself. And Cory is the greatest asset that Autozone has employed. If he was not there, I'd be going to all sorts of different auto stores just buying parts and having no preference to any of them. I'd be frustrated to be honest. And now I know how to do all sorts of things for my truck and I don't go ANYWHERE else to get parts. :)

Took the wife's iphone 6 into Batteries Plus in Kalispell on W. Idaho street. She needed a new…read morescreen as her's had cracked really bad, and bits of glass was falling out from under the screen protector. Jim K. Took the phone to his bench and looked at it, then said "I don't think it's cracked". He took the screen protector off, noticed it was cracked, then he cleaned the phones screen really well and verified, it wasn't cracked. Only the screen protector was cracked. I had no idea the accessory protective covers were made of glass, but yep, Jim said the good ones are, and this one did its job well. So instead of 95 bucks for the phone screen repair, I paid for a new protective cover for 14.99. It could have been so easy for me to just hand him the phone, me leave for an hour or so, then when picking it up could've charged 95 bucks and not know any difference. Shout out and accolades to Kalispell Batteries Plus, and especially Jim K for the honesty and integrity to do the right thing, which seems to be in rare supply in our world these days. Thank you Jim!
