Unimpressed. This is based on one experience, so they may be fantastic if you walk the door. I am old; my suburban battery died, and my son was working but coming over to change it for me. I looked online, and Autozone said they would deliver to my house the same day for $10.95. I placed the order online, and I am happy that they delivered. I get an email confirmation. Then, I get an email that it is on the way. I'm impressed. Then I got a phone call telling me they didn't have the battery. But they will have it in the store by noon Saturday and will call when it arrives. I say fine. Saturday comes, and no call comes, but an email tells me the battery is in the store, and if I come and pick it up, they will graciously refund my delivery charge. Graciously? I wrote back and told them to refund everything. They promptly issued a complete refund. They obviously don't offer local delivery, or somebody didn't show up for work that day. And, drum roll, please; I got the same battery a day later at O'Reilly Auto Partts for $100 less. You be the judge. read more

I never go anywhere else for car ANYTHING unless I have to. On top of my career, I work part time at Café Courier, Doordash, and Instacart, so I do a LOT of driving. And that's even on TOP of going to and from Missoula at least once a month, where my family is. I usually am not a fan of corporate stores, I feel like customer service is usually pretty cold because employees are not typically treated very well. But I have been coming to this store for months now for one specific reason (well besides my car or truck being broken in some way), and that reason is because of the store manager, Cory. He has helped not just explain to me what I need, but he has TAUGHT me how to do many fixes on my truck and car. When I was losing power in my truck as I was driving, I prayed that Cory would be working, and I was only a few miles away. I got there, he tested my connections and I had a failing alternator. I'm a single mother, my son was with me, and I was on shift at this time. Cory knew I had just spent a ton of money on a mechanic for my other car so he knew I wouldn't be able to pay another mechanic to do this, on a Sunday afternoon. So instead, Cory taught me how to do it on my own. He gave me a good deal on an awesome alternator because the one I needed wasn't in stock, he had the tools right there, and we switched out my alternator really quick. A lot of companies will look for good salesmen to employ, but how many auto stores have someone who is not only a great salesman, but a great teacher? The teachable lesson/experience is far more valuable than the product itself. And Cory is the greatest asset that Autozone has employed. If he was not there, I'd be going to all sorts of different auto stores just buying parts and having no preference to any of them. I'd be frustrated to be honest. And now I know how to do all sorts of things for my truck and I don't go ANYWHERE else to get parts. :) read more

Sales representative had a very poor atttitude. Acted as though my questions were really putting him out. If they don't want to interact with customers they should get a different job. read more
