We…read moreunderstand that he is a small shop and try to schedule out the repairs when possible, but even when we've had emergencies his response has been quick. Last year we had several issues due to a electrical problem that was all covered under warranty. Our warranty company is renowned for being difficult, but Andrew worked with them and got everything covered. When the wrong refrigerator was ordered he and his crew ended up installing it twice. We are full-time RVers so we can't just leave our camper at the dealership for months at a time and hope that they will get to it in a timely fashion. Andrew comes to us and he gets things fixed quickly.

I called a few and no answer or no one seemed interested in helping since we were an hour out of Kalispell. But Andy called me back by just a missed call. And that was my first impression that he wanted to help. I explained our problem, talked about extended warranty etc. and he also gave me his rates. We decided even if we had to get reimbursed that was fine and he was super knowledgeable over the phone. Said he could be there the next morning. So I gave him our address and set the appointment for 9-9:30 the next morning. He arrived on time and was fast, efficient and very knowledgeable. Gave us a fix after his initial diagnosis and if need be to have a total repair he'll come back. Cannot say more about how honest and efficient his service is. We felt like we lucked out finding him and would totally recommend his services.

This place has had my vehicle for over 4 weeks, trying to get the parts to repair something that…read morethey broke while working on the vehicle. They have given every excuse in the book, up to and including that they went out of business and were repurchased over the weekend and someone took all their tools during that process!!! This is the most unprofessional, incompetent company I have ever encountered. They give a new excuse every single day, and usually it is a falsehood. One person tells one story, another tells another. It's been long enough now, that I will be getting an attorney if my vehicle is not repaired by the end of this week. And in addition to breaking the vehicle, they had the nerve to tell me that my original quote would now no longer be valid, that I'd need to pay to fix what they created!!! What a joke!! Do NOT go to this place....DO NOT!!!!

I came in the shop and found the batteries at 0%. They said if I didn't want my batteries dead I'd need to get a solar charger. As a woman traveling alone, I was very worried about having trouble on the Alaska Highway in the middle of nowhere. I contacted Done Rite and they said they could get me fixed up and on the road. I left teardrop with them and received a call later saying that the axle was not bent, that the tires just needed to be greased and they were having trouble getting the tail light to work. Didn't seem right and I questioned how a lack of grease could cause a blow out and the guy assured me this was the case and I did not have a bent axle! For some stupid reason I believed him (he was personable and made me feel as if he were doing me a favor by getting me back on the road) so I acquiesced. The lights they said had to be rewired (whole trailer) and a bad tail light and greasing wheels was $800!!!!! Yes, you guessed it--on my return trip in July, in less than 3000 miles, I had my brand new tire blow out on the Alaska Highway and was I pissed. Fortunately, a guy pulled over to help and he was a mechanic! He knew nothing of the history but told me, as he put my spare on, that the wheel needed to be greased!!!! When i returned to Missoula, I called up and asked to speak to owner to discuss the trouble--I was told he would call back. Nothing, I called several weeks later and got the same treatment. They DO NOT STAND BEHIND their work as stated--they are dishonest and dishonorable--stay away! I never was able to ask what happened or have them try to make it right.

We were quite impressed with Mike and his warm demeanor and exceptional professionalism. He steered us towards the RV we needed, not just the most expensive on the lot! Mike is a first-rate salesman! Also, Bruce from Service helped us understand how to set up our new RV. He was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! Great representative for this company! Theron in Parts was also fantastic! Exceptional knowledge as well, and very patient with this newbee! He went above and beyond finding parts and accessories for my new purchase. General Manager Damian rounded out this top-notch team and was very professional and caring for our circumstances. All in all, I give this dealer 6 out of 5 stars!!!

We cannot recommend Van City RV, Kalispell, MT, as a quality shop that cares about their clients…read more Van City RV had our RV for over two months and did not keep it secured, thus leading to the loss of $1,700.00 of our personal property from our RV.  Van City refused to turn the claim into their insurance company. Initially Van City requested that we email them an itemized list of damages and they would get back to us with a resolution. Despite our sending repeated emails, Van City has ghosted us. None of our missing personal property has been returned to us.  We had entrusted our RV to Van City because our side access door had window damage and Van City was working to replace the window. However, the new part was determined to also be damaged and it was two weeks before a replacement window was received. During this time, Van City only covered the window opening with plastic sheeting thus leaving our RV accessible to anyone who wanted to enter it. During the time Van City had care, custody and control of our vehicle, they repeatedly assured us that our RV was secured when it was not. Additionally, Van City replaced our RV batteries and did not reinstall the Battery Isolator Disconnect Switch Key. When we contacted them about the missing key, we were informed that they could not provide one for us. However, they did provide a website for us to procure our own replacement key. Save yourself some heartache and find an RV dealer that takes its responsibility seriously.

I was recommended to Flathead truck repair by another local contractor with a great reputation. I cannot say enough good things about Ron and the crew there. They are exactly what I was looking for. I am a fabricator and mechanic myself but do not have the equipment to work on such large stuff and was very apprehensive when looking for a repair shop for my truck. These guys do excellent work. Their prices are very reasonable and they obviously do not mark up their parts a ton. I would highly recommend them to anybody. I am also a very picky customer and I have had excellent service from them.
