Rented a Barretto ride on skid steer and a trailer. Trailer had a light broken off when I got it,…read moreshould not have left the yard like that.. The skid steer would randomly set the parking brake which only affects one track causing the machine to turn unexpectedly. This caused me to nearly hit my son with the forks we were using which would have likely broken his leg. We had to fight with the machine several times to get the parking brake to release. Altogether an extremely unsafe setup. When I returned the machine I informed them of the issue and that it seemed to happen after hard use. They called me an hour later to say that they ran it around the yard a bit and couldn't reproduce the issue so it didn't happen and the machine was fine. I was also told that they had never had a problem with those machines before, but when I mentioned it to a coworker he said they had returned one for the exact same problem. Unsafe equipment, not believing customer complaints, charging extra for every attachment (Caterpillar rents a similar unit cheaper, with a trailer that has ALL the attachments, but it was broken down). Not only will I not be returning, I'll let the excavating company I work for know to go elsewhere. Erin Chamberlain

First of all, the manager there shouldn't manage any type of business where he has to be in contact with the customers !! I rented a piece of equipment and the tire went flat one hour after starting my project. This was not caused by miss use or negligence. So when returning it, I asked for a credit to rent the same equipment the following weekend. I was told that the only way I could be credited is if I took the equipment that day only. So long story short, I got charged for the full rental of the skid steer and a compactor and the trailer. a $600 lesson on what company is honest and which has a unprofessional piece for a manager? I am reviewing the billing department where you have to pay your account. We get a bill via mail…read moreand it's paid as soon as we get it each month. We have spent thought at the Polson store. They recently went to a new billing system. They have not got it figured out yet. We paid with a check in the mail Feb 28 for a bill Jan 26-feb 25. The next bill we get showed outstanding balance from that period and current bill for feb26-mar 25. I called to see what happened and was told it's the post office that is a.ontj behind. I give her the check number and the date it was sent. She told me I could.oay online...well if I had known that but nowhere in their billing does it say that. She told me where to go in the website to find it. So I paid the current bill. So we go in April 15 and want to get some wood and were told that we have an outstanding balance so we can't charge anything. WTF? She said that like 10 other people have had the same issue. Now I think it's the billing department that is F'd up. So I call April 16 in the morning and again am told it's the post office , they are behind. I call BS, it's their new system that they haven't figured out. I guess we will drive a little further and go to Home Depot or Lowe's. I told them I am putting a stop payment on the check and waiting several weeks to make sure they don't "find" it and cash it. This better not show up on my credit report . Get your s$#t together people. Quit blaming your issues on the post office , really 6 weeks for the post office , own up to your issues and causing issues for customers..and they charged a finance charge for the F$#k up. Really we have spent thousands always paid immediately when we got the bill. You changed over your billing system and lots of checks missing and you charge us a finance charge after we called several times and you kept saying it's the post office??? So wrong
