I've only ever had a problem once where I noticed there was what looked like a bit of grease from the rack that got on my collar. Several machines are labeled out of order at time of review ( not sure what the length time for repairs are ). Hours are 7am - 9pm. Last wash load is 7pm. Doors lock at 9pm. I paid $15.50 to have a coat cleaned which would have been fine, but when I got home there was hair and fuzz all over it and I had to take a roller to it. It honestly didn't look like it had been cleaned. The hours are 12:30 to 5:30 and when I got there at 12:45 it was closed. So I left a phone message to see when they wold open. The owner/employee returned the call a bit later and said she had overslept cause her cat turned off her alarm..so the hours are not real convenient. I love supporting and seeing small businesses succeed but honestly, I don't know how this one does it. You can give it a try and see if you have better luck but I won't be back.
