Last Sunday morning, I came into Tumble with the intention of finishing all of my laundry by 10 a.m. because I had to head to work. My last load was in the wash when I went to the older worker--the only worker there--and asked, "Is there a way I can pay to have my laundry folded?" She was folding someone else's laundry behind the counter when she said, "No, we actually don't fold laundry here," in a snarky tone. I'm thinking to myself, "Um, okay... why would you spend all this money on expensive washers and dryers but not offer a laundry-folding service when you're literally folding someone else's laundry and I'm willing to pay you to do mine?" That just doesn't add up. I had eighteen minutes left on one of the big dryers when I grabbed my clothes and decided I was done. Tumble runs through an app called Speed Queen, so I thought I would get those 18 minutes back on my account since I didn't use them. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. The whole experience was frustrating, especially because I was willing to pay for an additional service and was met with a rude attitude. I will never go to this laundromat again! Best laundromat in Montana. All new state-of-the-art machines. Clean, nice and safe ambiance. They accept credit cards which makes the process go much quicker. They also sell custom laundry detergent and fabric softener. And also offer a wash and fold service. The young woman with glasses that works behind the counter is very helpful and friendly. Also, yes 16.50 for extra large wash tub but you can fit a lot and you're paying for the latest technology which I believe washes clothes even better. They also have regular tubs at 6.50. While staying in Kalispell, the rugs in our travel trailer got very dirty, and they didn't fit in the small machines at the campground, so I headed off to find a laundromat. We had driven by Tumble early in the week, and it looked new. In my opinion, new is good when it comes to laundromats. This place is fantastic. I have no idea why people gave it such low reviews, but I am guessing one reviewer is mad their dog couldn't come in and the other felt it was too expensive. But, this place is brand new, in a nice shopping center, has an app you download to pay and then it tells you when your loads are done, and the machines range from small to large, with different price points based on the machines you use. This place is high tech! To address the dog reviewer - as a dog mom with a 7lb Pomeranian, I have to admit I love bringing her with me, but there is a time and place when you have to accept dogs aren't allowed. This place is full of people, laundry detergent and machines. They have installed nice seating and keep the place spotless. This is no place for dogs - sorry. I don't want to leave the laundromat with clothes covered in dog hair. Imagine someone bringing in their 80 lb dog that sheds those tiny hairs you can't get out of anything. No thank you. To address the person who said it was too expensive, yes, it is on the expensive side, but these are the nicest newest Speed Queen machines I've seen in my many months on the road this year. In addition, this place has an attendant. Someone they have to pay hourly wages to keep the place clean, help customers with any questions, and sell the soap and items available for purchase. I personally appreciate that this place is nice and well kept. If I need a laundromat again in the future and I am in Kalispell, I will definitely return. read more

The place is elegant, clean, and streamlined. It is safe for single women and children. The decor is nice and inviting; also the location is near a coffee house. The attendant Cheryl is kind, great at customer service, and very knowledgeable. if there is a problem at all, she handles it perfectly. Just walked in carrying my " little purse dog ". Wanted to scout prices . Lady running the counter snapped at me... hey... excuse me... no dogs . Listen my 8 lb no shed dog is in my arms and I just made it through the door. So I said that's fine. I asked the prices and she still had a brash tone to tell me 5.50 to 15.50 . Expensive and rude . I stay in my car , and work nearby. This seemed like a perfectly located place for me but it was clear they didn't even want me there. It is a clean facility with newer machines, and they accept both cash and digital payments. That said, $16.50 for a large wash is absolutely crazy. The smaller washers start at $8, which is again double the average washing cost throughout the US. In a state where minimum wage is $10.30 an hour, charging more than an hour and a half of wages for a single, large load of laundry is just wild. I have never seen prices this high even in massive metropolitan areas. Adding a pre-wash and an extra rinse made my wash over $20. I should have checked pricing before loading my clothes, but I never would have imagined this price. As for drying, it is rare in any location to spend more than $2 for a load. Here, the prices START above $4. read more

Our dryer has been on the brink so while we wait for parts, we are happy to have a clean place like Tumble to help us out. It is always clean and fresh and the staff is always so helpful. Many have said that it us pricey. We don't mind this as we think it helps to keep things nice and looking great. read more

I am in a bind and having to use a laundromat, this place is clean, new machines, and the only reason I don't give it 5 stars is the cost. So I go in at 8:30 AM with a load of laundry to wash, and find myself in a big beautiful clean laundromat. I'm guessing they occupy a very expensive business location. There is a very large area for seating, however nobody's using it, there is a line of people waiting around because there's only a handful of washing machines to actually use. It appears you can't just get soap and normal stuff, you have to go to the desk and get a bunch of proprietary products. Yes they'll wash your laundry for you, but you have to buy a five dollar bag. Apparently the ownership is more interested in gimmicks than just operating a profitable laundromat. How about taking the other half of the building, turning it into a real laundry mat, and doubling your turnover instead of trying to get people to jump through hoops just to do a load of wash. I'll never come back and I wasted my time driving through town looking for this place. read more

I was able to get all of my laundry done in about an hour. Staff was very helpful and polite. It seems a little pricey. It is clean.

I love this laundromat but it's way over priced. Staff is super nice. If they could just work on the pricing.I don't like always having credit on this app either. It feels a little scamish. Just don't like that, it should only charge you the actually cost for each wash and dry you do without having extra cash just sitting there. Other then those two things, love it! read more
