They claimed it wasn't their fault and that I had left a plastic tag on it which I don't recall at all. I've worn it twice. They would not replace the dress. I left in tears.

I paid $15.50 to have a coat cleaned which would have been fine, but when I got home there was hair and fuzz all over it and I had to take a roller to it. It honestly didn't look like it had been cleaned. The hours are 12:30 to 5:30 and when I got there at 12:45 it was closed. So I left a phone message to see when they wold open. The owner/employee returned the call a bit later and said she had overslept cause her cat turned off her alarm..so the hours are not real convenient. I love supporting and seeing small businesses succeed but honestly, I don't know how this one does it. You can give it a try and see if you have better luck but I won't be back. Dryers start at .50 cents for a few minutes ( recommended 2 wash loads per dryer ) with a 50lb dryer that is .25 cents for three minutes. They do offer a shower for $3.00 for 6 minutes. Everything is coin operated, assuming credit cards are taken for the dry cleaning portion. Several machines are labeled out of order at time of review ( not sure what the length time for repairs are ). Hours are 7am - 9pm. Last wash load is 7pm. Doors lock at 9pm. They have your change machines as well as the soap, fabric softener and dryer sheets available for purchase at $1.00

But the woman on the other end of the line was speaking in a rude tone and wouldn't explain​ anything about prices or what the services entailed in full detail. Very disappointing when it was a $130 total at the end with no warning, even though we tried to call ahead of time with questions and had a small portion of clothing. However the cleanliness of the load was excellent and packaged with an undeniable precision.

What I loved was that when I went to pick it up, the attendant pulled my coat up, explained that there were a few spots that they hadn't been able to clean to satisfaction, showed me where, and then they deducted $4 from my cost. I left with a still beautifully clean coat that they hadn't destroyed in the effort to get it "perfect." That's such a consideration, and tells me that they actually care about the end result.
