I looked online, and Autozone said they would deliver to my house the same day for $10.95. I placed the order online, and I am happy that they delivered. I get an email confirmation. But they will have it in the store by noon Saturday and will call when it arrives. I say fine. Saturday comes, and no call comes, but an email tells me the battery is in the store, and if I come and pick it up, they will graciously refund my delivery charge. Graciously? I wrote back and told them to refund everything. They promptly issued a complete refund. They obviously don't offer local delivery, or somebody didn't show up for work that day. And, drum roll, please; I got the same battery a day later at O'Reilly Auto Partts for $100 less. You be the judge.
