She acted as if she didn't have time to serve us. She was so rude that I asked to speak to a manager. She informed us she was the owner. We were shocked! I've never been treated so rudely at any retail business! We ended up leaving and just didn't use that sled. I suggest going ANYWHERE else. It's sad since the other locals we interacted with were super. What a terrible welcome to a beautiful community.
