It was a surprise bday gift for my son...they even hooked us up with a fancy bow for the bike, and helped make it a memorable experience. Went over the details and tips for the initial maintenance, gave a breakdown of recommended future maintenance and their costs (and enough detail if we were to do it ourself). It's understandable that they don't keep much inventory in stock. But I was glad to find they had enough there, from a few different brands I wanted to compare, that I could try a few things on and get a general sense for materials and construction quality as well as size and fit. They ordered what I wanted and I plan to go back and support this local shop by purchasing through them next time.

I bet her weed eater is a goat, lawnmower is a sheep and her rototiller is just an old fashioned hoe and so on. I have had two riding mowers taken to him. One had to go to him twice. Got another problem on it when I got home, fuel pump...that was a consequence of a poor job the first time. The second mower, owned by my disabled veteran father, was one that he wanted to get going strong before he spent money on a new seat. Never finished the job, AND it wasn't fixed when he told me to come get it the first time. Wouldn't run to load it. Called me off. Way to take care of those who have taken care of your country. Most, if not ALL of the ATVs sitting at his place look like they have been there forever. I don't know that any have left. He should fix his wife's manure spreader. That seems to be all he is good at.

Started off by ordering a Polaris ranger in April, the first salesman we were dealing with didn't…read morehave a idea how to order this machine, then after much confusion and lot of help from other employees we finally got it ordered. After 2 months I stopped getting emails and updates from the salesman, he wouldn't answer emails or return calls. Finally I reached another person that had taken his job, the machine came in after 4 1/2 months. They Originally said it would be a week or so to get it together, after a week I called and they magically didn't have the doors I had ordered on it. They were now back ordered until at least January. I called other dealers and found doors but they refused to work with other dealers to make this right. After much frustration they found a machine that was an upgrade from what I ordered and we paid more to take this unit. Then comes the first service which Polaris claims needs to go to the dealer to be done. I called to make an appointment, was told to leave message due to they were to busy. I went in a week later after no return call. They seemed to magically find an opening, Was quoted 180.00 for the service and 2 hrs to be done, 5.5 hours later they wrote me a bill for 346.00 and stated that the battery terminal was loose and they would charge to torque that as well as many other things that just seemed to rack up a bill. I am very dissatisfied in their costumer service as well as the other service. And the rudeness at the service counter is something else. From now on I will drive an extra 40 miles at high gas prices to take my equipment to Kurt's Polaris in Missoula.
