This is the most unprofessional, incompetent company I have ever encountered. They give a new excuse every single day, and usually it is a falsehood. One person tells one story, another tells another. It's been long enough now, that I will be getting an attorney if my vehicle is not repaired by the end of this week. And in addition to breaking the vehicle, they had the nerve to tell me that my original quote would now no longer be valid, that I'd need to pay to fix what they created!!! What a joke!! If you want to be treated like a bum or not cared about and pay full price with sh.. service go deal with them i will never send anyone there again. So do go. I found another shop in lincoln county and this shop went out of his way and got me a new power head in no time and fix 3 other saws fast and the best work ive ever seen. The new saw is a 395xp so chainsaw sale lots thounds of dollars from me now everyone i know will never do busness with them
