As you could imagine, I was desperate especially with having littles in the house. They were the only ones able to come the next day even after they said they could not come until the following Monday. Everyone else was booked out 2-3 weeks. Now, I believe they work with A-1 sanitation, but they're a separate entity. Anyways, the front desk lady (I believe Cassie or Cassidy) was understanding and compassionate and very on top of things. The only thing I had a complaint about was that the guy with the pump truck said he'd get us to flush the toilets before he left to make sure they were working properly, which he did not, resulting in us thinking it was ready to use, but it ended up flooding the basement again. We ended up having to call them again after they left from pumping because it still wasn't working correctly, turns out the line was clogged as well, so they came back and got that cleared up too. Great company! Highly Recommend! Price was not outrageous either, especially for an emergency call! Thank you, Surefire!

We live way out in East Glacier, (if Dan were based here, too, instead of Whitefish, I'd give a five-star review!), with a complicated septic system that's dependent on submersible electric pumps and float-sensors, with dedicated external breaker boxes. Without Dan and Glacier Telemetry we'd have a hard time keeping the systems running. Two thumbs up!

So I called him and he answered his phone right away - while he was on vacation! He walked me through some diagnostic checks on my system and got a service tech on my job that same day - all while on vacation! What a high level of service. I followed up by using Roy's company to upgrade and modernize my septic system. His price was fair, he showed me how to clean the septic filter on my own (avoiding a $150 charge) and did all the work himself to ensure it was top-notch. I will only call Roy for septic pump replacement, diagnostic and pump services! 100% satisfied.

I had to ask again because I thought I heard him wrong! The Costco in Kalispell was selling their Propane at $1.74 per gallon, $1.16 per gallon less! And you know that Costco makes money on everything they touch! With that said, what does it say about the Greed at Midway Rental! My family has a home in Whitefish and we will not spend a dime at this place for as long as it remains in business! He asked to see my phone and brought up the Mobile Link App to see the Generator, said that I had 10 yr warranty on parts labor and travel so I could scglhedule a service that would be covered under warranty. He also stated that there were two known issues with generac on wifi connections, one being faulty wifi card and the other was fixed with a firmware update. when the service tech arrived he was unable to connect to my wifi. the card would not even try. He unplugged the card waiting 5 min then plugged it back in, in other words did a hard reset. then the card attempted and after two attempts connected to the internet. when the tech connected Mobile Link and explained this and requested a warranty replacement, Generac denied to cover the card saying it connected its not bad. I was told to contact Mobile link as a customer and the representative I spoke to had an issue with having to reboot the card and said she could mail me out a new card, but she could not override the previous persons decision to not warranty the card so I would have to install it myself or pay to have it installed. the next day I recieved a bill from Rocky Mountain Power Systems for $509.00, for a service call that they said would be covered under my warranty. they didn't say might be covered, they said would be covered. that is bad business ethics and they take advantage of their customers. I wish I could leave a better review, but at the present time I cannot. I called the office and voiced my concerns and was told they would past my concern to the appropriate people, someone will be getting back to you. No one has gotten back to me and nothing has been corrected, they do still send me a bill.
