Don't ever use this company!!!! A family member of mine called him out to service their septic. He tried to service something that didn't need servicing just to add charges to the bill. He was swearing at his employee. He charged an astronomical amount just for pumping the septic. He's a low life piece of trash who treats people like crap and takes advantage of his customers who may not know any better. read more

We are impressed with the service from Ready Freddy's Septic Service. John responded immediately to a problem we were having. He and his crew were great diagnosing what was the problem and with a pressure washing tool cleared the sediment from the drain field laterals. I called Ready Freddy for a maintenance pumping of my septic tank. I hand dug and exposed both concrete caps, and one was to embedded to be lifted off by two men. Their answer was to beat the lid with the but end of a spade bar to try to bust it loose. They still were'nt able to get it off but managed to fracture the lid. When I asked "what now", the lead guys attitude was "not my problem" He charge me $400, pluse an extra $100 because there were FLUSHABLE WIPES in there. He then told me to give him a call when I get the lid off and he would finish it for $75 more dollars. I rented a engine lift for $60 and pulled the cap which crumbled apart from the spade bar pounding. Needless to say I had to purchase another concrete cap for $25. I called to have my septic services and they said they could do it that same day or the next. Brian showed up and I requested that he show me the setup as I didn't know it too well on this newer house. He showed me all the bit and pieces and was in and out in short time and basically no mess what so ever. They trimmed around the tank covers and left everything nice and neat. They are on my list of go-to for septic. read more

Please do NOT use this septic company. They don't follow the safety guidelines for where they release their waste. They are destroying our ground water source for many residents located in the West Valley of Flathead County. There are a lot of consiencious septic pumping companies in our area that actually haul the toxic, stinky, waste far away from residential homes, nesting eagles and other wildlife. Quoted me a price on phone for job in Whitefish, did the agreed job with no extra work, and then charged me more onsite. Even his helper rolled his eyes knowing he was trying to rip me off. Also, the main worker was an uneducated pig. Things that came out of his mouth were just childish and feeble. Definitely would not recommend. read more

Charged an extra $135 for fixing a sprinkler line that they broke!! There are many other good companies in town, use them!

they charged an extra $ 86 for picking 9 pieces of trash on the top of my septic that took all of 2 mins. Never again !!!!!!

I was referred to Ready Freddy by FloRite Plumbing, who said they were one of the only companies with the equipment to do the job I had, which ended up being clearing roots from a main sewer line. Doug came same day I called and it took him 21/2 hours, they charge $175/hr even for difficult jobs like mine. Plumb Right was going to charge me $695 flat rate for the job of pulling out a toilet and snaking that way, whereas Ready Freddy didn't need to pull a toilet, found the clean out for the pipes and did it that way. Doug also lent my housekeeper a wet vac to help her clean up the sewage mess. I was very happy with the work they did. read more
