Now, I believe they work with A-1 sanitation, but they're a separate entity. Anyways, the front desk lady (I believe Cassie or Cassidy) was understanding and compassionate and very on top of things. The only thing I had a complaint about was that the guy with the pump truck said he'd get us to flush the toilets before he left to make sure they were working properly, which he did not, resulting in us thinking it was ready to use, but it ended up flooding the basement again. We ended up having to call them again after they left from pumping because it still wasn't working correctly, turns out the line was clogged as well, so they came back and got that cleared up too. He asked to see my phone and brought up the Mobile Link App to see the Generator, said that I had 10 yr warranty on parts labor and travel so I could scglhedule a service that would be covered under warranty. He also stated that there were two known issues with generac on wifi connections, one being faulty wifi card and the other was fixed with a firmware update. when the service tech arrived he was unable to connect to my wifi. the card would not even try. He unplugged the card waiting 5 min then plugged it back in, in other words did a hard reset. then the card attempted and after two attempts connected to the internet. when the tech connected Mobile Link and explained this and requested a warranty replacement, Generac denied to cover the card saying it connected its not bad. I was told to contact Mobile link as a customer and the representative I spoke to had an issue with having to reboot the card and said she could mail me out a new card, but she could not override the previous persons decision to not warranty the card so I would have to install it myself or pay to have it installed. the next day I recieved a bill from Rocky Mountain Power Systems for $509.00, for a service call that they said would be covered under my warranty. they didn't say might be covered, they said would be covered. that is bad business ethics and they take advantage of their customers. I wish I could leave a better review, but at the present time I cannot. I called the office and voiced my concerns and was told they would past my concern to the appropriate people, someone will be getting back to you. No one has gotten back to me and nothing has been corrected, they do still send me a bill.

Can't get service providers to call you back, or they send you to collections because they posted your payment to someone else. Bad service runs the gamut and Cascade Rain is no different. I can honestly say they do good work- IF you can get them to answer your call or even return your call. Hey, Cascade- if you're too busy to take on work, even for past customers, can't you return a call? At the very least, maybe put the message in your phone greeting; "Sorry, not taking on any extra new work right now". That way I don't waste days waiting for you to call before I try to find someone who will show up.

Mike and his service tax are fabulous. I can honestly say in 25 years. I cannot say one bad word about them anytime I needed help. I had a service tech to my place within a day or two. The service techs were always so great about explaining what they were doing and what we could do in the future to make sure that we didn't have problems which brings us to another issue. They just weren't any problems with our machine other than just after 20 years I needed to have needed a little part replaced and the Service tech was so kind to tell us that Culligan come out with a new machine that only regenerated when it needed to, and it wasn't on a time clock like our old one, and that saved us so much money! We loved our new colleague and machine and instead of using a bag or two a month. We were using one bag about every five months because our family was down to just me and my husband and not the kids anymore. I love Kalispell Culligan and we moved to Sanders County and we weren't able to use Kalispell colleague anymore. We needed to use Missoula and I just have to say that Kalispell rocks Mike who runs the store is so kind and helpful. There's just nothing you can't ask him. When we were used in Kalispell Culligan he would always takes time to answer any of my questions if I leave a message he calls me right back. Oh how I miss Kalispell Culligan. I feel bad that there's one negative review here because in 25 years I can't even give anything but positive reviews.

The cooler was leased to my company an LLC which has been bankrupted so how they were able to garnish my paycheck now?
