My friends and I have been lamenting the lack of service and professionalism here in the Flathead…read more Nothing new, it's been this way since I arrived back in '04. Can't get service providers to call you back, or they send you to collections because they posted your payment to someone else. Bad service runs the gamut and Cascade Rain is no different. I can honestly say they do good work- IF you can get them to answer your call or even return your call. Hey, Cascade- if you're too busy to take on work, even for past customers, can't you return a call? At the very least, maybe put the message in your phone greeting; "Sorry, not taking on any extra new work right now". That way I don't waste days waiting for you to call before I try to find someone who will show up.

We recently went through the process of picking a new vendor for our small little HOA in Creston…read more After reviewing three different vendors, we went with Two Men and One Goat LLC. They were flexible, fairly priced and met our needs. After seeing their work at the main area of our street that they maintain, and being very impressed, I decided to call them to see if they could also do our front yard, that we had been maintaining ourselves for the past two years. They came for the first time tonight, and wow, having a professional mow and edge your yard is leaps and bounds better than what we were doing. As we evaluated the end result, we were so glad we went with them. Not only are they friendly, great guys, the work they do is impeccably clean and thorough. I highly recommend them!

They also trimmed two high Mugo shrubs, did a weight reduction on a Maple tree, and trimmed other bushes. In the quote they say ' all debris will be thoroughly cleaned up and removed from the property' and that is exactly what they did! Jim was very knowledgeable when he came told us what he could do, and quickly sent us a quote. After they were done, Jim went through a walk through with us and wanted us to be satisfied with everything. I must point out that there are neighbors that lost trees two years ago in the big wind storm, and most all of them had their trees cut down but they stumps were not removed. I would definitely recommend Jim and his crew.

Pursuant to the Company's visit company on Thursday, they were aware that you could not drive directly to our site. The man responded I'm 62 years old, why don't you do it yourself and then hung up on my husband. Terrible customer service and even worse attitudes!! Would NEVER recommend!!
