After they were done, Jim went through a walk through with us and wanted us to be satisfied with everything. I must point out that there are neighbors that lost trees two years ago in the big wind storm, and most all of them had their trees cut down but they stumps were not removed. Very nice young men were on time and quickly took care of cleaning both the gutters and downspouts. This home is new to me, and I had a problem with rainwater overtopping the gutters and creating moisture in the crawlspace. The gutters and downspouts are now flowing freely - as evidenced by the recent rain. Also, I am concerned about one downspout exiting too close to the foundation. They gave me some very helpful suggestions on how I might address this, since there is limited space to simply extend the downspout. At my request, they ran water into downspouts that discharge underground. I wanted to see if the underground pipes were plugged. This showed me where the underground pipes were discharging to the surface and into a roadside swale. This took a little sleuthing on their part, as there is no pipe visible in this area. It is great to better understand my property drainage. I appreciate the time they took to both do an excellent job and help answer my questions. I highly recommend their service, and I will definitely use them again.
