Without going into too much detail, our septic backed up into our house. I believe Joie was our plumber (his dad owns the company) and was actually very pleasant and helpful. He was able to finish the job and I don't feel that the charge was higher than it should have been. He was very transparent and sat down at the end to explain what he did and what was being charged AND it was actually cheaper than we were quoted and he tried to keep costs down by using the minimum amount of tools/least invasive procedure to get the job done. I'm quite impressed after reading the reviews. I was definitely going into it expecting it to be on par with the reviews. Exceeded my expectations. Thanks!
