I hired again M.A.S. to remove the heat cable from my roof and put a new one.. the previous company didn't do a very good job last year, my old heat cable was hanging due to the snow, Joe re did the whole heating cable putting new one.. looks good and works good.. the roof is kind of steep and high but with the genie lift Joe told me to rent Joe & helper got it done.. M.A.S. even repaired my skylight windows that were leaking thanks to the previous wishy washy handyman I wrongly hired a couple years ago.. Thanks Montana Affordable Services for the good quality...Happy Thanksgiving Joe!! read more

Joe with Montana Affordable Services, LLC is the real deal! He diagnosed the problem with our LG ice maker immediately, reset the computer, adjusted the freezer and refrigerator temperature settings, and said he would replace the ice bin when the new one arrived. He did exactly what he said he would do, and returned 3 days later to replace the ice bin. I enjoyed my conversation with Joe and knew immediately that he was very knowledgeable, service and customer oriented. I would welcome Joe in our home anytime we need an appliance repaired. read more

This is the BEST appliance repair service I have had! My dryer wasn't heating (still under warranty from F#@&s) After waiting for parts that didn't come for 2 months, we called Joe. Not only did he take my dryer apart to find what was wrong, the previous company had misdiagnosed the problem! After a couple hours and a fair price my dryer was up and running. Joe went the extra mile to show me what I needed to know and how to look for signs to make sure it didn't happen again. I am so grateful to have found this company. read more
