The woman who answered the phone, can't remember her name unfortunately, was very friendly and compassionate to my needs. She put me on hold for a minute, and then told me that she could have someone there within 45 minutes, maybe sooner. In half an hour Joseph showed up and was very polite and professional as I explained the issue and everything that I tried. He took about an hour looking over, troubleshooting and testing my furnace. Found an easy fix and had it working like new. He explained some further minor issues that I might consider in the future, but furnace now working perfectly. One HUGE advantage of CENTRAL is that they are licensed and experienced in FOUR trades: Heating, Cooling, Electrical, and Plumbing. As HVAC work often entails two or more of these areas, they can control both scheduling and quality of the work. For the electrical part, Connor was a true "artist" with the design and installation of a long run of wire in conduit. Made it almost invisible. Matt and Justin did an equally amazing job with the installation of two mini-split systems. Not only do they work perfectly, but they ensured the units were mounted in a way that gave both good performance and did not detract from the decor of the home. Both trades took exceptional care to keep[ the work areas safe and clean, and they always wore shoe covers inside. When they left, the home was cleaner than when they arrived.
