This is insane. Jonathan was our plumber and spent 2 hours on the property total. He replaced a single plastic PVC pipe that had cracked in our house... nothing mechanical. When we asked for itemized receipts to understand how he got to this astronomical price and the parts Jonathan was unresponsive after multiple days. At this time I think they are significantly overcharging and I would not use them again.

I called this company on a Thursday morning. They told me that it would be a couple of days but…read morethat they would put me on a list. 10 minutes later they called back and they were on their way. I have a brand new, weeks old, air conditioner that was installed incorrectly as far as filling with refrigerant and making all the adjustments of pressure and whatnot. The tech got here at 8: 45 and he was here until 11:00 a.m.. Turns out the AC was way overcharged with refrigerant. The air filter hadn't been changed in sometime, The tech couldn't figure out why we weren't getting enough airflow out of the vents in the house. Completely blocked air filter was the issue. I have an inherent distrust of car salesman, car repair shops, electricians, and AC guys. After watching the tech work for 5 minutes I knew I'd made the right choice in calling AireServ. This company is a franchise, all AirServe locations are franchises that are locally owned and operated. Part of the reason I chose them was because they are local Even though they have that nationally recognized name. I couldn't be happier. Thermostat is set to 72, the thermometer says 72. Thank you, AireServ.

Mere words cannot express the gratitude and satisfaction I have for the AirServ of Kalispell team (Cole, Tamm, Chris, Tyler, Patrick, Steven, Eddie & Reeve). The entire team tackled the most difficult of tasks with confidence and a can-do attitude. Each one knew their jobs and worked accordingly. They were positive, polite, friendly and answered any question or concern I had. They left my home each day with a clean workspace and were not wasteful of materials. Their teamwork and work ethic was obvious of each member of the team. Each day an ETA text message was sent to me with on-time arrival. The confidence shown from Cole's initial bid to Patrick's final training on filter cleaning to thermostat usage was epic. This is not a solicited or promotional review. I give you my word you will be totally satisfied with AirServ of Kalispell. They are detail oriented, take pride in their work and the quality of workmanship is excellent. In this day and age of overcharging and under-performance, CENTRAL Heating/AC/Electrical/Plumbing…read morefar exceeded my expectations. At every stage, they were exactly on-time, and the office staff kept me aware of which technician would arrive and what work to expect. One HUGE advantage of CENTRAL is that they are licensed and experienced in FOUR trades: Heating, Cooling, Electrical, and Plumbing. As HVAC work often entails two or more of these areas, they can control both scheduling and quality of the work. For the electrical part, Connor was a true "artist" with the design and installation of a long run of wire in conduit. Made it almost invisible. Matt and Justin did an equally amazing job with the installation of two mini-split systems. Not only do they work perfectly, but they ensured the units were mounted in a way that gave both good performance and did not detract from the decor of the home. Both trades took exceptional care to keep[ the work areas safe and clean, and they always wore shoe covers inside. When they left, the home was cleaner than when they arrived. CENTRAL did not disappoint. Gave me a great value, and were worth every penny I paid for the work!!
