He suggested it would cost too much to repair and suggested that we actually go by a new one and it would be cheaper in the long run. We did buy new appliances and had Bob install them. Again, he was prompt and did a complete service and installation on the new equipment. Much better than having an appliance store or a box store install the washer and dryer. I would highly recommend him and I will use him for all future repairs.
