I called John at Camp Wells about our well that wasn't working, dead, zip, zilch. He gave me as detailed of an estimate as he could and answered ALL of my questions. He was great. We agreed they would come fix it as soon as possibe, mind you this was not an emergency, just a rec cabin, I expected to hear that they were weeks out until that date. He said they would be up the next day! Maybe they just had an opening, I don't know, but they came the NEXT DAY, ready to work! I scheduled with OH Well to drill a well in spring of 2020, We had a drill date of October, and as October got closer I tried to check in Multiple times, via email, phone calls etc. I received zero communication and completely ignored after we had scheduled our project and communicated multiple times.
