We lost our well pump on the coldest day of the year! Oh Well responded and quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the necessary parts for repair. The Oh Well technician (Dennis) had a difficult job- as our well is an artesian flow without a working shut off. He changed out the pump with "full flow" to contend with in sub-zero temperatures!. Do NOT use OH Well drilling. My family had an awful experience and are now with no water searching for other well drillers. We've had a great experience with all the local contractors I've used during our home project and figured this company would be the same as they were very friendly when we spoke to them. I scheduled with OH Well to drill a well in spring of 2020, We had a drill date of October, and as October got closer I tried to check in Multiple times, via email, phone calls etc. I received zero communication and completely ignored after we had scheduled our project and communicated multiple times. Now our family was completely left hanging on our home that has now left us searching for other drillers that are now all a year out. In March of 2021 I sent a contract back to this company by mail because I was out of state at the time. I was prepared to wait because I assumed business was filling up fast and my well location would be approximately 70 miles out. A month or so rolled by and I needed to know if the contract was received. Couldn't get through at all. Time went by and I called repeatedly and also sent emails from their Facebook page. Still no response. All summer I kept trying to get an update and had lots of questions I needed answers to. All total I think I spoke to someone named Shelly in the office, just a few times with no real answers to anything. Finally, around the middle of July I was told I would be on the schedule around the end of July or the first of August. The end of August came and went and I was done. Had no idea what was going on so I emailed them one more time and told them to forget it. Very unprofessional and unreliable. If you want water you need to keep looking someone else.
