Our Frigidaire oven (bought 14 years ago) stopped functioning after I used the oven self clean feature the day before Christmas. We had no bake or broil functions available to us. Fortunately, the range-top worked. We managed to get through the day with some creative solutions and called Appliance Care the week after. Sam did a great job for us quickly diagnosing the problem and giving us a reasonable estimate for repairs. I also asked him if he could clean the oven door. I needed to get the clothes dryer looked at as it had stopped heating and clothes would not dry. I looked for a local repair service and found Appliance Care. They are pretty busy but I scheduled an appointment and they called to confirm before they arrived. I was impressed with the product knowledge that Sam displayed and he was able to find the problem in short order. He had the correct replacement part with him and installed it. Sam responded to a service call request and replace the part in our side by side refrigerator. He was extremely knowledgeable, prompt and the refrigerator now works perfectly. I asked him to look at a upright freezer, a few days later, which was not functioning properly, he came out and examined it and another appliance. After some research he informed me, the freezer was not repairable, because parts were no longer available for it . Appliance Care ROCKS!!!!!! On Sunday I couldn't get the door to open on my front load washer. All my favorite clothes were held captive !!!! Didn't know what to do. Where have they been since I moved here? Just had a visit to handle my refrigerator and a washer. Both went out a day apart. Simply outstanding service you don't see anymore.
