After an unfortunate accident took out my security gate with part of the fence late Thursday, I was having trouble getting any fencing company to even call me back. As I have a very active border collie this was incredibly problematic! Heart of Sky Fencing not only answered right away but I had a quote by the end of the day late Friday and the fence was fixed better than it was by Wednesday morning! I have no doubt it would have been done sooner if we didn't have to wait the two days for utilities to come mark power lines/cable - Grant even took care of calling them for me! My husband, works with timbers and did not want them to twist and turn. I explained this to be done the way he had a project going on how to do their project. We bought the timbers the hardware and screws to do this project, only because of my husbands project. Now I have hardware and screws that weren't used and can not take back. We bought the amount needed in quantity, so it was boxes that got opened and could not be returned. For $2,200.00, I thought that the work could have been done better or done like requested. Next morning I put two glasses on the rack and it fell down on one side. I called him. He was back 10 days later. His words. "It's fixed, your dishwasher runs." Yes, my dishwasher runs.
