Fair, excellent work, great communication!…read more I bought a home in San Clemente and we needed a lot of trees, shrubs and bamboo cleared. We found Robert online and he delivered. The project was removing trees and plants and extra care was needed to not damage fencing and neighbors buildings. They did a great job. I love it when people do what they say - and more.

Shocked and very upset is my experience with this company. In April I hired Rob to trim 3 large,…read moreold shade trees in my backyard. We agreed on a price and I asked when he'd come out to do the work as I'd be out of town a bit. He assured me once they could get me on the schedule I would be contacted. This did not happen. I came out of a camping trip on a Tuesday after no cell service since Friday evening to find text messages from him that they were done with the trimming (from Monday!) could I come outside and look at their work, and payment was needed. Shock and upset raced thru me as I read these messages, hours from my house to be able to see what had transpired in my absence. I was never contacted, nor did I consent to them entering my property that day to do work. I'd made clear to Rob when he did the bid to tell me when they'd put me on the schedule. When I told him this he apologized and said it was a miscommunication with the office. His miscommunication is my backyard being entered without my permission and trees being cut to a degree that the shade lost will take decades to grow back. The work they did was excessive and irreversible on old trees that took decades to grow. I am shocked, upset and unhappy with the entitlement that took place on my land while I was out of town. I truly don't understand how someone would think it's okay to work on someone's land without their knowledge. In no way do I feel good about my experience with them.

KNH Construction did an amazing job at telling me options and what would be most cost effective yet still look the best. The fence turned out beautifully and we even have people stop by and ask who built it. The best part was how quick everything was accomplished from receiving the bid to completion. We look forward to have our front yard fence done by KNH next summer.

As I noted in my…read morefirst review Travis, the owner of GC, came to assess the damage to the structure within a few hours of discovering it had fallen. He immediately assessed the damage but I hired him on the spot because of thoroughness in his assessment. My experience with GC, Travis and each and every member of his crew could not have been more exceptional. They were there at the crack of dawn and continuing to work by flashlight. After the job was done there were a couple of very small items I requested be done. Again, in hours, not days or months Travis had someone there to take care of my request. If I ever have the need for a contractor I would not hesitate using GC again. These reviews should have a 10th star for those individuals/companies who truly earn each and every star. It also must be said that these folks were absolutely wonderful to have around our home. We cannot recommend them enough. John Espy
