The best of the best! Very knowledgeable. Very honest. I called another appliance repair shop and they told me my refrig was so old it probably wasn't worth repairing. Appliance Pro's came up, diagnosed the problem and said my refrig was well worth keeping----older, but better made than today's appliances. So, for about $150.00 it's running great again. read more

Jim installed our new dishwasher today and I believe that this man could teach classes in how to give outstanding customer service! He ran into an issue (our problem) and gave me options on how to handle it, then he fixed it and didn't charge us any more than we had been quoted initially. But the really fantastic part was, he walked me through everything I needed to know to run the dishwasher to get the cleanest washes out of it (without washing the dishes before putting them in the dishwasher) and to make the new appliance last as long as possible. He knew more than the salesperson regarding all the different rack adjustments and other features of our dishwasher. He also told me that most people use way too much soap in their dishwashers and he took the time to explain how and why that effects not only how clean the dishes get but how long your washer will last in the long term. After the super informative "intro to my dishwasher," he asked if I had any other questions regarding any of our other appliances. I did, so he took the time to answer all of them in an intelligent, patient and super helpful manner. These guys know their appliances and are just outstanding in every way possible. They are also locally owned and operated, which is important to me. We will never use anyone else for appliance repair. read more
