So when returning it, I asked for a credit to rent the same equipment the following weekend. I was told that the only way I could be credited is if I took the equipment that day only. So long story short, I got charged for the full rental of the skid steer and a compactor and the trailer. a $600 lesson on what company is honest and which has a unprofessional piece for a manager?
