Three Thumbs Up!!! I had been getting the run around from another well company in the area for…read moreweeks and decided to try calling another company. I called John at Camp Wells about our well that wasn't working, dead, zip, zilch. He gave me as detailed of an estimate as he could and answered ALL of my questions. He was great. We agreed they would come fix it as soon as possibe, mind you this was not an emergency, just a rec cabin, I expected to hear that they were weeks out until that date. He said they would be up the next day! Maybe they just had an opening, I don't know, but they came the NEXT DAY, ready to work! I know zero about wells, his techs called me when done with the work and answered a bunch more questions I had for them. The well is now amazing! Soooo quiet, lots of water pressure, a new pressure tank, the works, it's awesome! His estimate was accurate! I will never call anyone but this company if We need something in the future. I called Eagle Pump Services and left a message. 5 minutes later I get a call back. Being Sunday I figured I would have to wait until Monday. Nope! Brad came right out and saw the problem right away. I needed a new pressure tank. It was almost 30 years old, but its one of those things you never think about and expect to last forever. Brad replaced the tank and control box in no time. I live on Granite Creek Road in Ravalli County, Montana; a single lane county road with numerous blind corners with a 50 ft drop off to the creek bottom. I am only alive because I was 100 feet past a blind corner! I encountered a Jerome Drilling truck pulling a 16 ft flatbed trailer traveling at speeds I estimate exceeded 50 miles per hour! When the driver tried to slow, the trailer fishtailed. Only by the grace of God am I still alive! Think about it folks, you are driving home after work and you end up dead. There are a lot of well drilling companies, do you want to die going home?
