They recently went to a new billing system. They have not got it figured out yet. We paid with a check in the mail Feb 28 for a bill Jan 26-feb 25. The next bill we get showed outstanding balance from that period and current bill for feb26-mar 25. I called to see what happened and was told it's the post office that is a.ontj behind. I give her the check number and the date it was sent. She told me I could.oay online...well if I had known that but nowhere in their billing does it say that. She told me where to go in the website to find it. So I paid the current bill. So we go in April 15 and want to get some wood and were told that we have an outstanding balance so we can't charge anything. WTF? She said that like 10 other people have had the same issue. Now I think it's the billing department that is F'd up. So I call April 16 in the morning and again am told it's the post office , they are behind. I call BS, it's their new system that they haven't figured out. I guess we will drive a little further and go to Home Depot or Lowe's. I told them I am putting a stop payment on the check and waiting several weeks to make sure they don't "find" it and cash it. This better not show up on my credit report . Get your s$#t together people. Quit blaming your issues on the post office , really 6 weeks for the post office , own up to your issues and causing issues for customers..and they charged a finance charge for the F$#k up. Really we have spent thousands always paid immediately when we got the bill. You changed over your billing system and lots of checks missing and you charge us a finance charge after we called several times and you kept saying it's the post office??? So wrong

I used that Kohl's cash on a second $28 order. When I returned the entire $80 order, Kohl's only refunded $70. I later returned the $28 order and was refunded the full $28. When I asked why I paid $108 for both orders but only received $98 back, I was told it was because I used the $10 Kohl's cash. Since I can't use Kohl's cash to pay my credit card, I end up losing that money entirely. In the end, it cost me $10 just to buy and return items, which feels unfair and misleading.

We had T-Mobile service for years, but our experience became unacceptable in June 2026. Download speeds were under 10 Mbps and upload speeds were below 1 Mbps. Most alarming, we were unable to make 911 calls. This was not merely an inconvenience: I suffered a heart attack, and reliable emergency calling was essential. I spent hours speaking with T-Mobile technical support and engineers trying to identify the cause. We were ultimately told that network capacity in the Kalispell area was being overwhelmed, particularly during heavy tourist traffic. Whatever the cause, the service we paid for was not dependable when we needed it most. We switched providers and returned both pieces of T-Mobile equipment to the Kalispell store at 2244 US 93 North. We received a receipt confirming that both items were returned. On September 15, 2026, I then received an email stating that T-Mobile planned to charge my credit card up to $300 because the equipment had allegedly not been returned. I went back to the same T-Mobile store with the receipt, only to be told they would not help and that I should call 611--even though we no longer have T-Mobile phones and had already spent hours on their 800 numbers trying to resolve all of the issues. Unless the employees at this store can sell you a phone or T-Mobile service, they are worthless. T-Mobile needs to correct its records immediately, cancel any equipment charge, and confirm in writing that the returned equipment has been received. Customers should not be threatened with charges after following the return process and keeping their receipt.. We received a receipt confirming that both items were returned.
