They have given every excuse in the book, up to and including that they went out of business and were repurchased over the weekend and someone took all their tools during that process!!! This is the most unprofessional, incompetent company I have ever encountered. They give a new excuse every single day, and usually it is a falsehood. One person tells one story, another tells another. It's been long enough now, that I will be getting an attorney if my vehicle is not repaired by the end of this week. And in addition to breaking the vehicle, they had the nerve to tell me that my original quote would now no longer be valid, that I'd need to pay to fix what they created!!! What a joke!!
