I was unable to travel to Montana and when the very nice lady who answered said to me "Don't you worry - that's what we do" when I asked if they would box/send/ship to me even if I wasn't there in person to pay, I knew I was in good hands. And it was a blessing to find this store and it's owner, Sindee. Sindee is the best, kindest, most efficient person I could have hoped to deal with, and in other calls I needed to make to the store before the items got delivered there, other staff members who answered the phone were also friendly and helpful. When Sindee called to get my cc number she also told me she would send a tracking number, which she did, and the package actually got to me earlier than she thought, and in perfect condition. There was nothing sloppy about their packing job and I have sent a picture of the box itself and how it presented when I opened the top. Because of privacy I'm not attaching further pictures but I can tell you all was in order, nothing had moved around in shipment, and I couldn't have asked for a more perfect result. If you are in/near Polson, please make use of Sindee, her store's services and her very appropriate pricing. I would give a 10-star rating to all if that were possilble.

I accompanied the inspector/owner Robin Patrick for the first home inspection and was satisfied with his findings. I contracted with him for the second home inspection and very unfortunately was not able to be present. Mr. Patrick basically gave the home a "thumbs up" including being safe from radon exposure. Upon final purchase of the home considering his "thumbs up," I found 14 (fourteen!) problems with the home that were more, much more than "cosmetic." During the course of the past five months I have incurred not only much of my time to mediate these problems bust have also incurred thousands of dollars in extra expense. I frankly doubt that I would have purchased this home that is now a "fixer-upper" had I been aware of these deficiencies that Mr. Patrick failed to address from his professional home inspection. I have made a full accounting of the home's deficiencies to my real estate broker and was indeed shocked. Needless to say he and his fellow associates in this prestigious brokerage have stopped using 406 Home Inspection Pros, Inc. services and no doubt word may spread throughout Flathead County MT that this business is not qualified to make accurate and trustworthy home inspections. My advice is to stay away from this business unless you have money to burn and enjoy disappointment.
