The inspector, Jed, did a fabulous job. He is so easy to work with! Knowledgeable, patient, super responsive to questions, just a pleasure to work with! The report received was very detailed with lots of pictures and even videos. They also have a concierge service that comes with the inspection. I haven't used it yet, but it looks great. I asked if they could come out on a Friday afternoon when I could be home. I was told they could only do 9 am on Friday, as a special request. I received quotes from 4 other HVAC companies in Missoula for our project, and none of them had issues meeting us at a time when we could be off of work.
