Great service every time I have visited this post office! The people who work there go out to their way every time I have seen any issues.

I've run an eComm business for over 20 years. This office is one of the most incompetent offices we've ever dealt with. We've paid close to $80 trying to ship something to a customer in the area, twice now. Both times they claimed they couldn't deliver it, and would hold it. The customer then goes there and they continuously claim they don't have it, even though the tracking shows it is clearly sitting somewhere at the station. The box is 6 feet long! How hard can it be to find a 6' long box? They refuse to answer the phone, so it's impossible to deal with. They will eventually send it back again. If you try to file a claim, they'll say it's at the office and just go pick it up. You can't get your money back, because they'll just claim they did their job and it's your fault. This is virtually criminal. No actual private business would be allowed to operate this way. They'd be investigated for fraud. But it's just business as usual in the US Postal service. This by far the most inept agency we could possibly have. Typical Federal agency. More money they say but don't want to do their job. I want my darn package and I can't get a single person to speak. Here I am again. wondering where my mail is. Did it end up in the wrong box or got stolen was it even delivered. Who the h....l knows. can't reach anyone. I had an import mail piece or otherwise I wouldn't be doing this. The junk they can keep. I would really like to get my mail. I inadvertently put the wrong address on a package. I filed a claim and a lady from the post office called me to let me know that if I didn't pick up my package today, it would be sent back. I let her know that I was working and that UPS was easier to work with. She informed me that this was not ups ( in a very rude tone). I asked her her name and she informed me that I didn't need to know her name and she hung up on me! read more

The local post office located on meridian Road. This is probably some of the worst meal service I have seen in this valley in my lifetime. We have a local mail lady that is not delivering every day and she is phenomenal their fillings their substitute say shouldn't allow them to hand out french fries at McDonald's. I have made more trips to the post office to pick up stuff that they have botched miss handled couldn't find it couldn't deliver and then they list a excuse, like the mailbox is full, my mailbox has never been full some of the packages are larger than what the mailbox excepts for 25 years they have put those small packages on the front porch. Ten years ago I set a small box on my front porch which is less than 80 yards from the mailbox, on flat ground, a paved driveway with a turn around area, with a concrete sidewalk 15 feet long leading to the front porch. The supervisor of this location is so extremely rude. The rest of the staff is lovely but she is rude to her staff and customers alike.

So how about this for an update. A friend of mine sent me a package from Thomaston Connecticut. It was mailed priority mail on May 6. I didn't get it in Kalispell Montana until May 26. I contacted the post office in both areas and no one seem to know where the package was even though I had a tracking number. I was told via email that it'll get there when it gets there. read more

I had an issue with the post office regarding mail that needs to be brought up to my door. It requires a signature and at first my mail carrier was brining it to the door. He wasn't asking for a signature, however, that's absolutely fine due to covid. It turns out it was all just a big misunderstanding. The girl that answered the phone was very nice and our mailman is very nice also. They are doing the best that they can during these really TOUGH TIMES. I think before people bite their heads of ghet should really give them a chance. It's not their fault that they are short staffed right now. Give them a break. read more

Speaking on behalf of my workplace, the delivery lady is awful. Rude. Don't care. Our mail Does Not get picked up. I have to drive to the main post office if I have out going mail! I had a package that says delivered and yet still no package has been found. I have called 3 local post office numbers and No answer. I even checked neighboring businesses because we have had mail delivered to them before and there's to ours. I do not know what good it does to write a review because nothing gets accomplished! read more

Absolutely terrible service. Called in about issue with our mail person who is constantly losing our mail, putting the wrong mail in our box, redelivered the same wrong piece of mail 5 times even though we wrote not at this address, and so on. Guy who I talked to cut me off and told me it wasn't his problem. Not to mention I have sent countless emails to them. read more

The experience I've had with the post office in this town is the worst I've seen in any place I've lived in my entire life. Our mail carrier stuffs all with mail into one of the five mailboxes and doesn't pick up the mail. I have filed numerous complaints through the website and I'm told the local postmaster would contact me but never once in the 7 complaints in the last year did I receive follow-up from the local postmaster. This postmaster needs to be fired. Everyone needs to find out his name put pressure the city council or whomever is responsible for their hiring and make sure that they do not continue in the position of the US postmaster. They do not train their staff, their staff is lazy and often drives right by our mailboxes then I see them up the street pulled over by the school for hours on the cell phone and gorging themselves eating sandwiches etc. This needs to be stopped immediately. read more
