We both thought my hard drive and computer were "dead!" However, in less than twenty-four hours, Adam, who told me that he had never seen a hard drive with as much damage as mine, still was able to repair the damage, and then "clone" my hard drive onto a new computer. Voila! As I said, in less than twenty-four hours, I was up and running again, with ALL of my applications and data intact. It was miraculous. I can't say that this will always be the case with NTS, but I can assure you, they will do everything they can to fix whatever problem your computer may be having. Their prices are very fair, and for me personally, who is totally computer dependent, it was "life-saving," and worth whatever I had to pay.

We attempted to follow Apple's instructions for clearing data but seemed to have made an error somewhere. My "new" iMac wouldn't work! After spending hours trying to triage the situation myself (searching the internet and speaking with AppleSupport on the phone), I made an appointment with Allied Computing for the following day. At my appointment, I gave a brief description of my computer's issue. The technician seemed incredibly confident and competent and put my worries at ease. I left feeling hopeful that my tech trauma would soon end. The following day I received a call from Allied Computing informing me that my computer had gone through extra diagnostics tests, and was working well! They fixed the bugs in the hard drive, downloaded the latest Operating System AND set up a user account on my behalf. I'm extremely pleased with the service as they truly are professionals. That's understandable except that, if your business advertises the fact that you handle passports, you should a least have an idea of how the process works. She was also curt and annoyed that we were there. Needless to say, our passport applications were returned because the photos weren't correct. Lots of money circling the drain due to simple mistakes by this employee.

I emailed them originals and instructions beforehand, then picked up my large (nearly $500) order in person and added something to it on the spot. Throughout the process, they were responsive, professional, skilled, and fair. They spotted something that wouldn't look right when printed and offered to correct it before printing. For my on-the-spot need, they allowed me to work with the artist to get it just right, select the right paper stock, etc. On top of all that, their pricing was lower than other vendors in the area I had contacted, and the way they calculated the price was more than fair.
