I called and challenged the inflated invoice; it was revised but not without difficulty and we still overpaid for the service provided (programming). I've heard from other homeowners this same overbilling situation. Would not recommend or rehire.

We attempted to follow Apple's instructions for clearing data but seemed to have made an error somewhere. My "new" iMac wouldn't work! At my appointment, I gave a brief description of my computer's issue. The technician seemed incredibly confident and competent and put my worries at ease. I left feeling hopeful that my tech trauma would soon end. The following day I received a call from Allied Computing informing me that my computer had gone through extra diagnostics tests, and was working well! They fixed the bugs in the hard drive, downloaded the latest Operating System AND set up a user account on my behalf. I'm extremely pleased with the service as they truly are professionals. While I truly hope I don't have any future tech issues, I feel much more secure knowing I can reach out to AC next time!

However, in less than twenty-four hours, Adam, who told me that he had never seen a hard drive with as much damage as mine, still was able to repair the damage, and then "clone" my hard drive onto a new computer.
